The only thing that this drama left me is a huge craving for PIZZA!!

He was great in The King's daughter. He was able to convey his emotions just with his eyes. I was looking for his next project. So sad.

I don't like watching dramas in streaming, too many ads, video blocks everytime, slow, not so good quality video. I download my dramas in 1080p from avistaZ (Asia torrents), if they are not available in 1080p, 720p is ok too. I've been downloading from it for many years now . It's a safe torrent site. It has almost every asian drama/movie/show/ost , the old ones too. But it's a private torrent tracker so it's invite only, but sometimes the registration is open, maybe they open it on december , they usually do that for christmas period. I was able to register thanks to open registration. After that, you need to seed back what you take, or you become leecher and you'll be banned from the site. :/


Oh! Good to know that it's good and similar to The Disguiser. I finished yesterday to download first 6 episodes.

I'm going to watch both of them anyway. If I don't find Rookie Agent interesting, I can always drop it eheh

Sparrow torrent doesn't have many seeds so it's very slow to download. I think I will start watching it next year lol

About Man Li and Ming Tai's relationship with the ladies, I think the same way as you do. Although I liked Man Li as character, I didn't ship her with Ming Tai, she deserved better. Cheng Jinyun annoyed the hell out of me, really! I wanted to skip every scene with her and Ming Tai together. I don't understand how and why they fell in love, well.. assuming they were in love.. I don't know..

Gao Mu's fiancée was apparently working for Teng Tian. As Ming Lou supposed, Teng Tian sent her with the tape (the original one that he got from Lone Wolf) to test both Ming Lou and Ah Cheng. Although she was following Teng Tian's order, it's probably that, when she said she hated him and wanted to kill him, she really meant it (pretty understandable since he killed her fiancée) , but I think she was also trying to make Ming Lou take the bait (in vain, my dear). But Ming Lou already knew everything, of course, and had a plan to frame her . As he himself said:" I will have him (Teng Tian) eat his own bait personally " and that's exactly what happened .

Now I'm downloading Sparrow and Rookie Agent Rouge. They should be similar to The Disguiser. Did you watch them?

I'm at ep 24 and I still can't believe that this has been written by the same screenwriter of Pinocchio and I can hear your voice..

I finished it a few days ago.
Man Chun was the woman he once loved, his reaction is so natural, you can feel his pain, he is a human too with emotions. He has to pretend everyday of his life to be someone else, I appreciated those few moments where he shows what he's really feeling.
About the recorder, yes, they were 3 spy and had enough time to find it. But I thought it was okay when Ah Cheng blow everything up, I never thought that the recorder would be still intact after that explosion, so I was a bit suprised when Lone Wolf recovered it.
Ming Tai was a boring stupid character, being a spy it wasn't just for him.

Well yes, the last episodes was meh. Ming Lou and Ming Cheng was so smart but ended up doing such stupid mistakes just to create a dramatic ending where one family member dies. I've personally found ridiculous how, three fast snipers like them, don't shoot at Teng Tian Fang Zheng immediately after their sister walk away from him, they had so much time LOL But instead, they stand still and stare like three idiots !!
Also, they had many occasions to kill Lone Wolf but, after the last events, they rightly decided not to kill her because it would've created suspicion BUT instead, Ming Cheng made the biggest and rookie mistake to kill her in the middle of the street right in front of the police !!
I think the screenwriter was like: "oh yes, let's make everyone a bunch of idiots at the end because I want a tragic 'ending' scene with the melo music playing in the background." XD

When I started watching dramas, it was rare for me to drop a drama. But now, after watching so many dramas, I've become more and more picky. I don't easily get interested in something , and when I do, I can lose interest pretty quickly. So I drop now for reason #1 , #4 and #5 .

Suspicious Partner I liked only the 'villain' and his story, I didn't care about all the other characters, especially the main ones.
Suki na Hito ga Iru Koto ,I didn't like it at all.
Siren was pretty average.
Tomorrow with you, I didn't have any expectations when I started it, but I ended up liking it.
Jealousy Incarnate is on my plan to watch list..

Anyway, there are a lot of popular dramas that I dropped/ disliked XD

I was wondering that , too. I think that his son, after that traumatic experience, developed an allergy to the sun just like the killer.

I dropped it twice but I decided to give it one more chance because this is the kind of drama I like to watch (historical, revenge, schemes, smart people) and also because of ALL the positive reviews. I watched it until the very end and I must say that I appreciated it only after it ended. Although I really loved the whole story at the end and there were some very memorable scenes, while watching it I was a bit bored by all the talk. There was too much talking, a lot of scenes were so long, where they talk about the same thing for more than 7 minutes, and after that another long talk with different characters where they repeat the same thing. I really like interesting scheming talk from smart people , but this was too much and I almost lost interest. Given the great plot, and the past of the characters, they could have given us less talk and shown us more of the human side of characters, of their past. It felt all so cold. And I too cried at some scenes and at the end, I know that even if that is not shown you know it , but I wanted to see it with my eyes, their human side, the suffering, they could have alternated the scheming talk with their past so you were emotionally more invested in their story and characters, what they went through, their emotions, I wanted to see it with my eyes. Maybe I' m too used to korean dramas (see Queen Seon deok, A tree with deep roots , six Flying dragons ect) and their way to tell a story, but this felt a little too cold and emotionless, given the story told and the beautiful characters created. Some scenes that were supposed to be very emotional, if it wasn't for the heart wrenching music in background, they were just normal scenes. If they had emphasised this aspect, it would have been pure perfection for me. Anyway , I will surely watch it again in the future , to understand all the details and all the scheming better.
