soul mate ♥️

I was blown away by the drama when I first watched it.
Lovely Runner is an emotional and suspenseful drama with a great plot and charismatic characters. The chemistry between the two leads is so magnetic that if you have eyes and a pulse, you will be drawn into their story.

The drama has nothing to do with running, it is a time-travel love story that follows Im Sol (played by Kim Hye-Yoon), who moves between the past and the present to try to rewrite the fate of her beloved, Sun Jae (Byeon Woo-Seok).

A bittersweet journey

A touching, emotional story of powerful friendship development and exploration of themes such as romance, love, and personal growth.
The story follows a young teenager, Na Hee=Do.achieving goals and dreams, learning how to love, and navigating life.
The drama takes place in the 90’s and the early 2000’s, during the time of S. Korea’s financial crisis. As Na Hee Do’s high school school cuts their fencing team due to budget cuts. Despite this, she changes schools but doesn't give up on her dreams.
She meets her fencing idol, a person she admires, Ko Yu Rim, their rivalry becomes a beautiful friendship.
Na Hee Do meets Baek Yi Jin, a college dropout who is also struggling to keep his family together after his family declares bankruptcy. They inspire one another to run towards their goals and dreams and as Hee Do puts it, they “pursue happiness together.”

Everything was perfect, the story, the dialogues, the music.
I'm delightful to have been watched this wonderful series.
This turbulent story with so much up and downs particularly compelling for its ability to blend comedy with touching moments, creating an engaging and often nostalgic viewing experience.

This show is a great example of a rollercoaster, if any character tries to make you cry through their struggle then the other one starts working as a pain killer, the way their friendships used to heal each other hearts and as well as the audience’s heart.

A real rollercoaster of emotions

The drama captivated me from the first second, with a mysterious beginning filled with impressive effects. You will laugh and cry hard in this drama. There are moments that will make you laugh so much you will cry and then there are others that will break your heart and make you cry for real.
First and foremost, a giant applause to the main cast of Ji Sung as Cha Do Hyun who also embodies seven personalities and Hwang Jung Eum as Oh Ri Jin, a resident psychiatrist. I was totally mind blown by both of them and how talented they are.
The story  is  about Cha Do Hyun, the wealthy inheritor of a family corporation, and his struggle with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), better known as Multiple Personality Disorder. Do Hyun (Ji Sung) was living in America to avoid letting his family know about his mental state, but an incident takes him back to Korea, where he is forced to confront his traumatic past and face the responsibilities he has to fulfill as an heir. As his seven personalities disrupt and cause disorder in his life, Do Hyun enlists the help of psychiatrist Oh Ri Jin, (Hwang Jung Eum), hiring her as his personal physician in an effort to cure his disorder.

I loved this drama. I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys psychological dramas, romantic comedies, or just K-dramas in general. There’s something in Kill Me Heal Me for everyone.

Perfect Crash landing on you

I finished watching this drama a few days ago and I still don't know how to start this review. I'm happy and sad and amazed and grateful that I was able to watch this beautiful drama.

Crash Landing On You is the story of a South Korean heiress Yun Se-ri (Son Ye-jin), who ends up in North Korea after a paragliding accident. She is found by Captain Ri Jeong Hyeok (Hyun Bin) who decides to hide her and try to get her back to South Korea safely.
I think it was pretty obvious from the start that this drama would feature an emotional love story between Se-ri and Jeong Hyeok

I loved how this series handled friendship in a funny, touching, and sympathetic way.
Most importantly, it was present with Jeong Hyeok's crew. They were definitely the most endearing part of the drama for me. They brought humor and were often the comic relief, but I think they also brought emotion. They are loyal to Jeong Hyeok, but they also develop a brotherly relationship with Se-ri.

They say that crying doesn't necessarily mean you're sad, it just means you're overwhelmed with emotions - no matter what those emotions are. And that's exactly how I felt. I was so overwhelmed that I cried even when it was sad, romantic, and funny.

As a fan of kdrama, I am deeply moved by the masterful storytelling and stunning cinematography. There are so many beautiful scenes, like all the snow scenes, the night of the train breakdown, and all the scenes in Switzerland, and the OST is perfect.

So, if you're just wondering whether you should watch this drama or not, this is definitely a drama you should watch. .

perfect dose to cheer your mood

This romantic comedy which made me laugh so much , I was really laughing out loud on some scenes especially between the banter of office colleagues and the the conversations between the Vice Chairman and the president .
Basically, Secretary Kim has been working for nine years as the assistant of the Vice Chairman of a company and now she's resigning. Why? She's paid off the debts of her father and sisters, and is ready to have a life of her own. For nine years, she's been at the Vice Chairman's beck and call, at night, in the weekend and even during holidays. On top of that, her boss is self-absorbed to the point of narcissism. So, she's done.

The Vice Chairman is shocked when she announces her decision to quit - because he thinks he is the best boss and most perfect guy ever - and immediately starts to come up with schemes to get her to stay. Somehow he gets it into his pretty little head that Secretary Kim is in love with him, so he starts to woo her. With hilarious results, because she hates his guts.

This is just a cute romance with so many many flashbacks here and there.
male lead is gorgeous and hilarious, the female lead has got a great evil smirk, the sound effects are the best and the side stories of the other characters are absolutely worth your time too.
I literally had the most fun watching this epic drama, with such a good looking cast, and I would totally recommend it for its humourous storyline.

good action comedy

I enjoyed this movie from start to finish. It had a good dosage of humor and fun without compromising the seriousness of the main issue.

North Korean elite detective Im Cheol-ryung (Hyun Bin) is back in Seoul chasing a ruthless crime boss, and once again, he’s paired with the goofy, endearing South Korean detective Kang Jin-tae (Yoo Hae-jin). Their tried-and-true North/South 'bromance' is the undisputed heart of the film, constantly shifting between reluctant partners and genuine friends.

The story is quite easy to follow too not convoluted and has a little international elements with 3 countries trying to catch the bad guy.
The entire cast did an amazing job playing their characters. The chemistry between Hyun Bin, Yoo Hae Jin, and Daniel Henney was really good with their comedic acting.

If  enjoyed the first part of this movie and want more of the same with added international flavor, I can recommend it.

burning desire for success

Doctor Slump is a drama about two doctors who were high school rivals, meet again at the lowest point of their lives. Yeo Jung Woo (Park Hyung Sik) is now a plastic surgeon .
When one of his surgery goes wrong and a patient dies on the table, he’s swept up in a scandal and loses credibility and money. Ha Neul (Park Shin Hye) works as an anesthesiologist at a big hospital but is constantly being taken advantage of and blamed for things that she’s not responsible for. It’s no wonder why she has depression. They bond over their struggles and learn to cheer each other up through their slump.

I like Park Hyung Shik acting was seriousness and maturity alongside childishness (they say that in every mature person, there is also a little child).
The drama deals with healing and recovery, competition for achievements and success alongside failure and disappointment.
Friendship, and support. Insights that you get after crises,a race for achievements in life where along the way you forget to enjoy the small things (sunset, going for a walk, enjoying nature from the blossoms and even eating ice cream) and the mental price that you pay because of the race for life.
The drama has a more of a mellow feel and slowly eases you into their relationship dynamic.
I totally recommend watching the drama and examining it in depth and not superficially.

very tight story and some good acting

An ace detective on a drug task force is forcibly administered drugs in the line of duty. While investigating the murder of an old classmate, the detective must negotiate his past relationships with the suspects involved, all while dealing with his new, dangerous addiction.

The story is believable and played out logically. Every characters are interconnected with others and such, is a bit complex storyline of which I enjoy. I dont usually go with too simple story line.
Ji Sung’s acting was truly incredible. These is a 3 dramas where he stars and each one is masterfully acted.
This role was different and he has done an outstanding job.I felt in some scenes he was no longer acting, he lived this character.

The drama starts out a bit slowly, but when things start 'connecting', the suspense is enhanced and the drama gets more action scenes and more mysterious as well.

Justice is slow but achievable

The struggle of a son trying to get justice for his father who was framed for murder and the arrogant son of a rich tycoon who thinks the world is at his feet.

This Korean drama shows the extreme differences between the "upper" and "lower" classes, how far some rich people would go just to cover up their bad deeds. In that sense, it was a little frustrating.
This is definitely one of the best Korean dramas I've watched because it evokes so many emotions at once.

The actors are great but I really loved the villain.
Namkoong Min is absolutely phenomenal in this. His ability to play the extremely disturbed and crazy Nam Gyu Man is beyond the pale. His character was really well done and came across so naturally. Big kudos to his acting skills.

Although things move along with some nice twists and tense situations that keep you focused, 20 episodes was still a bit too much for me. The ending was phenomenal, although heartbreaking, it was real. Although justice was served, the final touch was so real that it was heartbreaking.
Highly recommended to everyone

Doctor John is such a healing medical

drama that inspires people to learn and understand pain through patients and the stories they have to tell.
Cha Yo Han, our head doctor, is probably the most understanding doctors you will ever meet. He’s a great listener and a medical genius, but is diagnosed with CIPA,patient doesn’t feel pain or temperature and doesn’t have the ability to sweat.
I just love how he changes and inspires all the people he meets.
I loved the character dynamics in the cast as well. The group of residents in the pain management center were so cute. The dialogues in the show are exceptional and it is accompanied by great acting and screenplay.
The OST’s are definite additions to one’s playlist.
Despite it being heavy on the subject of diagnosis and treatment, it is easy to follow. The drama, on the whole, was deep-seated and emotive. With its optimistic and happy ending, Doctor John definitely tops my list of favourite medical dramas making it a must-watch.

Such a masterpiece.! It's Okay To Not Be Okay is more than just drama. It's A Life lesson.

The Acting, writing, music, screenplay, plot, the use of fairy tale metaphors, the chemistry between the actors, everything is just on another Level.

A dark, whimsical but heartwarming drama, it follows a trio of characters.
Ko Muen Young is a children’s book author with antisocial personality disorder. She meets Moon Gang Tae who is a nurse working with psychiatric patients. Moon Gang Tae has an autistic brother, Sang Gang Tae who is a massive fan of Ko’s books.
The drama follows them as they become entangled in each others’ lives and grapple with the demons of their past.
Some dramas hook you immediately. Others, you tentatively tread the murky waters until it sucks you underneath. This one intrigued me right away with its opening scene. It opens up with animated illustrations very reminiscient of the whimisically dark tones of Tim Burton that sets the frame for the rest of the show’s themes surrounding mental health.

The drama deals with heavy themes, including mental illness and childhood trauma, but also centers on the healing of emotional wounds through relationships, making it a potentially rewarding but emotionally challenging.

who is really being manipulated?

I didn't expect such an intensely emotional drama from the very first episode.

Park Tae-jung (Ji Chang-wook), an ordinary, decent guy whose entire life is systematically destroyed when he is framed for a brutal crime he didn't commit.
An Yo-han (Do Kyung-soo) is chillingly effective as the cold, calculating villain-he's genuinely unsettling. The action sequences are slick and hard-hitting, but the real power comes from the psychological tension.

The storyline is intense, full of emotional twists, challenge, and moments that leave you speechless. Each episode builds on the last with smart writing and powerful direction, creating a thrilling journey that keeps you craving more.

It's darker and grittier than most K-dramas but that's what makes it stand out. You can tell the cast and crew gave everything to make this one unforgettable.

Although the tension drops a bit in the second part, it doesn't diminish its quality.

Definitely this Kdrama captures a layered story of vengeance, manipulation, and moral decay. This game cat-and-mouse story in which the line between truth and deception is blurred, where survival requires one to be stronger, but more so to become the very thing they despise.
