Yay! Rita, you've shown your wonderful face on mdl again! And yeah, I agree with this review. Ugh, Piece! So good in the beginning, but it kinda lost it in the end. But it was short and it wasn't a primetime drama so it wasn't exactly supposed to even be as good as it was. You should try Priceless or Osozaki no Himawari or Akumu-chan if you're wanting to pick from 2012.

Well, if you're watching it for romance then you would probably be disappointed, but if you're watching it for a good show and you like romance playing a part in dramas then you'll be happy.
Just finished Osozaki no Himawari. This is the type of Jdrama that I adore. Friendship/Slice of Life/Little bit of romance. I loved it. If you like Ikuta Toma and this type of drama then I highly recommend it.
For most of the special I was going to rate it a 7, but because of the end I rated it an 8. In my opinion it felt…
*high five*

I LOVED the first 18 eps of 49 Days. It was going to be on my favorites, but then the writer killed it with the last 2 episodes. I was very disappointed. I wanted to strangle the writer.
I'm glad you're liking HYD. I liked the 2nd season better than the first.

I've watched a few at a time before and I've also watched 10 currently airing dramas at a time before, but I've pretty much decided on watching only one at a time now. I like that best.
I have also swore not to watch any currently airing series anymore because I just can't handle waiting for the subs. It drives me nuts! Especially when the subbers aren't consistant.
I did make one exception recently with Otome-san becauseI really wanted to see Saki's beautiful face, but I shouldn't have. The subber is taking forever and a day to sub it.

yeah, I'm quite a find lol. I've been watching about one drama a week for the last 2 years, on average anyway. Did you start watching recently? You've got some good ones on your ptwl.

You didn't know I was a guy when you read the Maki article? That would have seemed a little weird lol. But yeah, I liked your comment.
For most of the special I was going to rate it a 7, but because of the end I rated it an 8. In my opinion it felt a little sloppy at times. Maybe because they had to fit everything in a 2 hour box, or maybe because I felt like they were unecessarily recreating already solved problems. Ehhh... it was good though. Maybe this shows us not all happily ever afters are happy, but there's still some stuff to work through.
The cinematography and OST for this show was freaking genius! Unfortunately the stories were a little slow and predictable. BUT I was touched during the resolutions of each episode. So it's not perfect, but it was good.
I like what someone else said, "I thought that this drama has the same vibe as another Getsu9 drama "Kagi no Kakatta Heya". Turns out that they are from the same screenwriter. Not only that, I think both dramas focus on the reasoning process on each cases rather than the mystery behind them. They're entertaining in their ways.
This drama is for those who wants light and heartwarming story, not for those who's looking for a great mystery."

Sorry for the late reply. Yeah I was dying laughing during the first part of the film. I loved when Yoko said, "Jesus, I think your the only cool man besides Kurt Kobain" lol I cracked up at that as well. And although the movie was pretty vulgar, I feel like it had some redeeming qualities to it. I didn't feel like it was an anti-christian movie. Infact I feel like it had some good Christian messages in it. I loved how they put 1 Corinthians 13 in there about love being most important.
