Shitsuren Chocolatier Episode 3

This episode like the last episode had me going crazy in the first five minutes. I felt a sweet tidal wave of victory for every nice guy who finished last! It feels good to see the tables turned.
And again, I am loving everything about this show. The directing, the cinematography, the thrill ride story line that never gets boring, the awesome OST, the comedy. Just all the little details like when that train rushed by after Sato told Saeko that we would accept her offer for the date.

Did anyone else catch the Keizoku SPEC reference in Ataru ep 10 and 8:21? You can see a girl that looks just like the girl from SPEC throwing papers into the air likes she does.

Good mix of funny and serious/happy and sad. I loved this ep. I was ROLLING at the whole Showa era thing. So funny! And the other part of the ep with her and the teacher and the guy and the girl was touching. I love these shows with such a good mix.

haha i love this director. Example - Kaoroku gets mad about Souta fantasizing and where every other director would go to the next scene this director decideds to put in this awkward moment where Kaoroku goes into the other room and slams droors lol. And then you think it's over and it happens again! Then random black screen and the next scene. lol
I love souta and Erena. I hope this ends up like American Pie and they end up together.
And Two thumbs up for real kisses in dramas. Is it hot in here, or what?
And for what happened with Kaoroku-san. Ouch! That was painful.
And I really do feel like we are seeing Saeko-san as a princess locked away by the evil dragon husband.
This is so good!
Oh and Oliver and Matsuri would make such a cute couple.

This first episode was really good. It's a serious drama. It's also very tragic from the beginning, but I can tell already that it's going be beautiful. I watched the whole episode without pausing to surf the internet. Sometimes you can just feel how good a drama is and this is one of those times.

ooo-hooo-oooo this first ep was good. Not at all like I expected. It's got a cool mysterious spontaneous guy and an uptight beautiful girl and some great chemistry between them with nice visuals and an excellent feel to it. You should be watching Piece.

Before now I thought this series was interesting but honestly not that great, but this episode just gave it a twist that made it a whole lot better. I'm actually looking forward to watching the rest of it.

As a loyal fan to the Japanese version of Hana Kimi I was opposed to this adaptation. Unfortunately, temptation got the better of me and I decided to take a peek at it. To my shame I have to say that I actually like it lol. I like the new atmosphere, I like the main girl (she's super cute), and I like the new situations. It can't even begin to compare to the 2007 J-version, but it's still kinda nice in it's own way. Oh and the suitcase part was hilarious.

Yes I'm a guy but I just did the girly kyaa thing. lol. This episode was especially good. So far every episode in this show has had 1. something that made me laugh, 2. Something that broke my heart, and 3. Something that touched me. Jdramas FTW!

I know a lot of people may not have liked the ending but it was powerful in my opinion. The theme of the Son of Heaven and self sacrifice and faith in mankind, plus the King's graciousness all throughout the show was very gospel like.

I picked the wrong time to watch the first half of this episode. I was tired or something. So i paused it and took a break, but the 2nd part of this ep was so good that all my tiredness faded away. When Daisuke finally opened up to Hanako, it was such a great moment. I am glad to see these two coming together. And the part where the ex husband handed over Hananko's "user manual" to Daisuke was really charming too. The episode started out with him fake smiling through the pain, but it ended with him smiling genuinely in the wedding photos. So touching. And haha his work friend has been funny throughout the entire show.

To be honest I was just going to watch this because it had Maki and Saki in it, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the first ep was actually really good! It's super enjoyable.
Maki plays a cute optimist, and Saki plays a serious go getter. And I think that suits them best. Well... I hope Saki's characters lightens up a bit, but I'm sure she will. Anyways there is a great cast playing a great combination of characters. They even have the adorable girl from lovely complex in it.
Also they talk kind of fast so there wasn't a dull moment in this ep. I hope it keeps this momentum. The story itself seems good to. Let's see where it goes!

T_T this episode and the one before it were both 10's. It reminds me of the same bitter sweetness of Bara No Nai Hanaya.
In both episodes the way the priest guides the father and son into healing is very touching. And the main actor (the dad) is such a good actor.

This reminds me a lot of Switch Girl. They're both pretty funny, but they're also kinda cheap and cheesy. You can tell it's going to be far from a masterpiece but you should get some giggles out of it. And also 5 kisses in the first ep wow! And Yuusuke and Mariya are both fun to watch.
