Lol People could have different tastes but saying you don't like one character so the high rating is not deserving is a joke to me. As for The Untamed, another level? Since when did The Untamed fans so full of themselves? The Untamed is also overrated by BL fans! Signal and other 9.1 or 9.2 dramas are not any worse than this fantasy drama, not to mention the life lessons other dramas have brought to the audience. I applaud the novel because I was a fan when it came out. If it weren't for the solid story from the novel, this ain't be a hit. And besides the fantasy part, it's just a typical revenge story. And don't get me started with the cringing special effect. So what's so good about it for having 9.3 above Signal? Just admit it. Many people watch it because of bl in bromance's disguise. I think you're no exception, either. As for your average BL comment, why bother watching your so-called average bl and said they're undeserved when they're high with the rating? Plus, you really think it's easy to have many resources for a bl drama in Taiwan and Thailand? They're not China or Korea, sister. As I remember, Trapped's budget is only 5 million Taiwanese dollars(Less than 200 thousand US dollars) but The Untamed is at least millions US dollars. 200 thousand dollars can't even afford a famous actor in China or Korea. With that tremendous budget, BL could've done so many good stories with much better cinematography and special effect . But I think they've already done their best in their own ways when their budget is so limited when it comes to bl.

Damn it! They changed the writer! Hope it can still be as good as HIStory 2 & Trapped.

I see nothing wrong with them being this high with the rating and even above all other BLs. School dramas are almost the same these two years and that genre had its prime for the past three years and it's getting boring now. You could also see why "The Untamed" is also so high with the rating. People want something different with a good plot. If Sotus with that slow progress of a typical relationship once hit 9.0 two years ago, I really don't see anything wrong with Trapped being this high. Not to mention that the cliche of "cheating his gf with a man" Together With Me once hit 8.9.

PS. That some people don't like Shao Fei doesn't mean others don't like him. It's a matter of taste, imo.

Actually, HIStory 1 was more like a trial series for the production company to see how big the bl market is. As I remember, they didn't even expect much from this but it did work with HIStory - Obsessed (This was really popular but I still don't like it) You can see they have no real budget for the first season. However, HIStory 2 leaped and strode above many BL dramas at that time, though they're short. They're as good as Trapped for me.

Don't get why Crossing The Line was so popular....Typical school love with cute couples and that's it. Right or Wrong was so underrated compared to Crossing The Line and this still pisses me off. From all the HIStory, only Right or Wrong and Trapped brought something different to the BL world and that's enough for the praise. As for Shao Fei, I applaud them for giving us a noisy character. Because of his stubbornness, the story can be unfolded. But I do understand why some people don't like his character.

Trapped's DVD will be released in Taiwan on 9/27. Anyone who wants to buy the DVD can be prepared.

Lol I hope those fans who always fantasize getting married to a Korean oppa can wake up now. You guys should know the rate of domestic violence in Korea, the poor progression of women's rights and how tragic it is for being married to a shitty Korean guy. They're not even a notoriously religious country like other Asian countries we imagine.

Most Korean dramas create a fantasy world for girls but the truth is hard to swallow. Plus, the typical patriarchal society is horrendous for such a modern country. Koreans always attack women first when this kind of "divorce" thing breaks out and women have to protect themselves by proving themselves with solid evidence. If the woman in this case hadn't showed us the evidence first, she would have been attacked harshly by Koreans once the guy had filed a divorce. As I remember, the main lead of Goblin wanted to be a part of an adaption of a famous feminism book but only the female lead got attacked by Korean guys online. That's how pathetic the society is. The nipple comment is just a small thing compared to others.

Not deep enough of talking about the exam topic for me. But it's still good when you consider the notorious China's censoring.

Don't think Taiwan has a problem of censoring though. It's more like a poor execution of writing with that part to me. If you watch a lot of Taiwanese dramas, their main issue is the lack of explanation of some certain things.

I think Thai bl dramas is in the phase of high production with average storyline. Yes. I know they're all adapted from novels and that's my point. The story of the these novels are quite average when BL starts to get more money for bigger production. I can't really find something new in these dramas except for good cinematography, colors, and music. I'm sure there are many good stories out there in Thai but don't get why they often chose these. I'm now in the phase of watching these dramas for actors' sake and that's kind of a torture. To be honest, I'm only into He's Coming To Me for these two years. Yes. I don't like Love By Chance, which is nothing special to me.

HIStory never fails when it comes to the ending. Shao Fei will wait for Tang Yi to be released from the prison and it's realistic. I will miss them

During the press conference, the official did say they have sold this season to many countries. And due to the copyrights of other countries, they're not gonna provide Engsub. I think it will only be available on VIKI when the whole drama is completed in Taiwan.

As a person who can speak mandarin, I don't think Adam is not fluent in mandarin Chinese based on his previous subs.
