That’s a relief. Thanks for letting me know!

Really? Most BL series I’ve seen are rated 15. As long as one of the main characters aren’t killed or something that’s fine

A season 2 is highly probable as said by the director of this drama in the press conference.
Awesome! I’m looking forward to that then!!

We’re already halfway through the series and I don’t want it to end. I wish it could be much longer because of how good this is. The colours are beautiful and any time Yeon Woo experiences a colour rush I keep rewatching just to stare at his eyes. I really loved Hwall when he was with The Boyz and I never expected him to be such a great actor, so I’m very impressed by him.

As I understood monos have their specific probe; a probe can only make a particular mono see colors. It hasn't…
Thank you!

There is one thing I’m a little confused about. I understand the concept of a mono and probe but is a probe unique to a mono? Like, does every mono have their own probe that allows them to see colours, or can any mono see colours when looking at the same probe?

If that doesn’t make sense basically how Yoo Han is a probe and Yeon Woo is a mono. Yeon Woo sees colours when he looks at Yoo Han, however if another mono suddenly appeared and looked at Yoo Han would they be able to see colours too, or can only Yeon Woo see colours when looking as his probe? (I’m not sure if this explanation is making much sense)

That was so cute! I haven’t heard many people talk about this drama often so I wasn’t sure how good this was going to be, but wow this was so sweet! I’m absolutely in love with this drama now and I can’t wait until season 2 (if they do decide to make it). This is definitely one of the few series out there where I don’t hate or dislike any of the characters, which was really refreshing. Although I wish they had been a little safer in the last episode, that kiss was so good!

I finally finished the novel and I’m so excited now. I would definitely recommend reading the novel because although it may have been very long, it was so amazing. The storyline is rather graphic and gory which is definitely something I enjoyed, and there were so many unexpected plot twists I stayed up till midnight most nights reading it. I would definitely argue that this was her best novel to date, with MDZS following very closely and TSVSSS last (although I’ve only just started that one). I’m currently watching the ongoing donghua and manhua and, although the donghua has missed a few scenes from the novel, it’s really awesome and sweet to watch, and the art style on the manhua is probably the best I’ve ever seen before. I really hope that the cast and air date are confirmed soon and I’ll be keeping an eye out for any updates.

I’ve seen lots of dramas before with an enemies to lovers plot, but I think this is the first time I’ve seen a BL with a fake enemies to lovers storyline. It looks so interesting and actually made me pity Pran and Pat. Imagine feeling like you have to hide a friendship with someone just because your parents don’t get along. I hope there won’t be loads of drama with the parents and they’ll be accepting, but let’s be honest, knowing GMMTV they’ll have to add drama from somewhere, so I feel like I should already prepare for whatever episode 11 they create XD.

To be honest HOB can easily surpass censorship without any problem...coz there's no need to add any female character…
My main worry is that the plot will be censored, especially with how much gore and stuff there is. TU didn’t have much so they kept the plot pretty much the same, but if they start changing the entire plot to make it tamer then I’m not sure if it’s going to be as good.

It stands for The Grandmaster of demonic cultivation which is the original name of The Untamed (also known as Mo Dao Zu Shi). It’s a pretty long name to type to I just decided to shorten it down lmao.

I finally got around to reading the novel and manhua after the donghua was released, and I’m so in love with this. Already I think they have outpassed MDZS in terms of plot and art style, so I wonder if this live action will surpass The Untamed, though I have doubts considering how incredible TU was as the production value was so high and it had brilliant cast members. I’m definitely putting a lot of hopes onto this so I do hope it lives up to the hype. However, I do hope the censorship wouldn’t be too bad. I could honestly handle it if they turned Xie Lian and Hua Cheng’s relationship to a bromance and ignore their marriage, but if they change too much of the basic plot, or try to add in a female character instead I will drop it without looking back.
I was so confused for a moment then. This was another of Mo Xiang’s novels so when I saw this I was quite confused because I love the author so assumed I would have heard about this one before, but if it’s just about the upcoming donghua as mentioned below that makes more sense.

Okay, I think the murderer may be Oat. I’ve seen lots of these kinds of shows before and it’s often the last…
Yeah, there is definitely some kind of group/gang involved, especially if drugs were being injected. It’s likely that the murderer is getting the drugs from the gang and using them on people. I feel like, because of the nature of the crime, it’s definitely someone close to the people that have died, and has the opportunity to do these things. My guess is that there is 1 murderer, but they’re working under a large gang or mafia organisation to commit these crimes, and the mafia is sending people (like the one who broke into Bun’s house) to cover the actual murderers tracks.

Okay, I think the murderer may be Oat. I’ve seen lots of these kinds of shows before and it’s often the last person you expect, someone who has an opportunity to do these things, but isn’t investigated because they cover themselves up really well. Oat was at the party and had an opportunity to get close to Jan, he also works with Bun and knows everything about the case as well as his address so he could have gone there to threaten him. At the moment, I’m placing my bets on him, but only time will tell.

I loved this so much. I’m a huge fan of these murder mystery type of troupes, so making a crime/investigation drama that is also a BL is everything I’ve ever wanted. I’ve watched bromances like this in the past (for example S.C.I and My Roommate is a Detective) but this is probably the first Thai BL drama I’ve ever seen with such an interesting plot. The first 3 episodes were amazing and I actually didn’t find them hard to follow, and I’m really curious to know who the murderer is. I’ll put a spoiler below as to who I think it might be, but I kind of want to stop watching and wait for all the episodes to be released so I can binge watch the series all at once without waiting nearly a week for each episode, it’s too painful to wait.

This show definitely had its flaws. I knew that this show may end up becoming a let down because even before the series began it already gathered a huge fan base and the novel is one of the most popular Thai BL novels internationally. Because so many people came to this show after the hype of the novel, expectations were very high, and they definitely didn’t meet the same standards. The actors weren’t very good except the main 4. People commented a lot about Supanut but just remember the character of Solo was very still faced and didn’t really show emotions, so he did follow the novel and his character was exactly as he should have been. The other actors weren’t very good, and they did an awful job with Khim’s character compared to the novel which was disappointing. I hated the storyline with the 2 doctors, and I wish they actually gave the father the redemption he had in the novel, because in the series he still seems like an awful father despite the kind-of redemption they squeezed into this episode. I’m definitely one of the few that want a season 2, and that’s only because I wanted to see Pharm properly and have some KaoPharm brotherly moments.

Overall this series had its ups and downs but I’m glad I stuck through this one because I really did enjoy the 2 main couples chemistry (especially KaoPhu) and that portrait at the end nearly made me cry lmao. People can have their different opinions of this, but I really do think it was a good series despite its flaws.
