I really hope GMMTV sub this quickly as there aren’t many other airing series to sub, so hopefully this will take priority. However because it’s GMMTV this is very unlikely! : (
Wow. I’m in the middle of watching this and I’m still stunned at Murong Li’s beauty. I literally started watching the show just for him, so to actually watch his character form is amazing for me. He’s seriously so beautiful, I understand why basically every character has fallen for him!!
This drama is yet another reason why I hate reading comments on a drama before watching it. I originally put this one off because of the negative comments on it but wow, this was incredible. The ending was very depressing and random, and the wig lines on some of them were awful, but those are really the only negative reviews I could give. The story itself was incredible, and despite being so long I managed to make it through the whole drama without skipping anything (except all the flashbacks because we saw the same flashbacks at least 30 times and it got boring after a while). The whole plot was unique and completely different from what I ever could have expected. The love between the 2 brothers, and chemistry between Ka Suo & Li Luo, and Ying Kong Shi & Yan Da was exhilarating. I am so happy I watched this drama, and I feel like this is one you will either love or dislike, but I would definitely recommend giving it a go!
It's better than Make It Right The Series where they introduced many new characters in the MIDDLE of the show....…
I don’t know, I thought MIR was good because they didn’t overwhelm you with the amount of characters and couples. That was the first BL series I had ever watched and to this day it remains one of my favourites. The acting may not have been terrific, but it was still a good heartfelt show and I really liked it.
Did you read an English translation or the original Thai one? (This is me subtly trying to ask if someone actually…
Sorry, I found all the untranslated novels Mame has written and sent them to one of my internet friends that lives in Thailand and she offered to translate them all for me to read. The only one I haven’t read is Breath because the themes were too violent for her to continue. Originally I had tried posting them on Wattpad but someone reported my account and it got deleted, so I’m not going to try again. Apparently they are starting to be officially translated soon so hopefully they can be read publicly very soon.
Although there are a lot of characters in the series, I don’t really have much of a problem with it. As far as I’m aware there is going to be 4 couples, and each will have a different story, so I’m really excited too see them all form!
They should change the title of the series into „How to do a cringy and cheesy BL right“. Never in a million…
For a moment I thought you were complaining that it was too cheesy and was about to go off in the comments but then I realised what you actually said! Whoops : )
Does anyone know if this will follow the novel TharnType the 7th year, or if it’ll be a continuation after the events of season 1? I’d love for it to be based on 7th year because I really enjoyed the novel for it. I’m keeping my fingers crossed!
There's something that has always made me confused about the series Until We Meet Again, in the promotional posters…
My theory was that they had the red thread because Team knows so much about the legend behind it. Hemp Rope hasn’t actually finished yet so we don’t know what’s going to happen sadly. At first I wondered if they were going to do a twist and make Team turn out to be Intouch’s best friend who was played by Perth in this series, but as time passes I feel like it’s very unlikely they will do it. So far there’s been no explanation, so let’s pray that they will give Hemp Rope it’s own series!
Is it me or does this show focus way too much and spends way too much time on the seemingly irrelevant side characters…
You know the whole point of the show is to be a typical BL plot right? Zon’s basically living in his sisters fanfiction so of course it’s going to have the typical BL plot lines like the ‘Cute Boy Facebook page’. Also that page brings them more together as they both are put in for the competition allowing them to get closer.
I don’t know if you’re still curious but this is a major spoiler. Peem doesn’t choose anyone. In the end…
Yep. This is definitely one of the most depressing dramas I’ve watched as I really don’t like tragic endings too. It was worth a watch in my opinion, but I wouldn’t really recommend it that well.
I feel like the only person who loved this. The cinematography was incredible, all the characters looked exactly as they did in the anime, and the plot was very close to the anime, but shortened to a movie. I wish they made it into a series so it could have included more, but this is actually one of my favourite live action adaptations from an anime after the Death Note adaptation, and I would definitely recommend it!
I don’t know if you’re still curious but this is a major spoiler. Peem doesn’t choose anyone. In the end Jack accidentally shoots Peem and then shoots himself out of grief. Peem survives but becomes paralysed and Jack sadly died. Mintra realises Peem was a terrible person and it ended with Peem accepting the divorce papers she gave him, and moving on with Ton.
As far as I’m aware it’s the same as ‘Ai’. It can either be friendly and respectful, or insulting. Team uses it in a respectful way rather than using ‘P’.
