I think I have only ever rated one drama a 10 (Kill Me, Heal Me) and admittedly probably should’ve rated it a 9, but I was being sentimental. I agree that very few dramas would ever merit a 10. Because 10 would literally be perfect. And that would be impossible.

I have found dramabeans.com to be a more accurate reviewer/recapper of dramas. Sometimes I will go the the final episode and read their review so as to decide to watch a drama or not. They aren’t influenced by pretty faces (idol actors) and review by story, acting, and other factors. I will also use the site and the viki.com as comparisons. I don’t have time in my life to waste on a crappy drama!

I hate that too! That’s why I usually will go by a couple different website reviews before making my decision to watch or not. I don’t use one source.

That’s when I read the comments and factor that in to my decision to watch it. If I see people mentioning a bad story or bad acting but then the polar opposite comments just mentioned how much they love the actor, it helps me make my mind up not to watch it. Lol

That’s why i also read comments on the show and not just the reviews. It gives me a better overall sense of the show and how people rated it. If I see a lot of people mentioned a particular actor and giving the show 9/10, then I actually discount their reviews as being those of a fan girl and not objective. I don’t care how popular or cute the actor is. If the show sucks then I don’t want to watch it for just a pretty face!
