I visit this site a lot, and especially this dish, though when I'm not adding the gochujang, I still use this marinade for a lot of things. I've also added this whole recipe straight to the kimbab. Be prepared for it to stain everything red though XD

Thanks! Ohh, I'm watching too much again these days. I keep trying to clear out my PTW list, but I think for every drama I complete, I add 2-3 the PTW. It's like a never ending cycle, and I love it!
Hm, now I'm hungry like most of the time trough dramas. Great article by the way. I really like the way they (knowingly…
I don't think our western TV/movie actors ever really manage to convey how much they Enjoy eating food, unless it's a food-specific show/scene. You never see some random person walk into a convenience store and five seconds later see him/her chowing down on noodles like it's the end of the world, and this is the best meal they've ever had. I like this about the Asian dramas - meals are frequently filmed, and almost always enjoyed.

I second all of Mareina's ingredients, and sometimes add zucchini, or substitute tuna (or fish sausage) for some seasoned ground meat. Oh, and sometimes I add the pepper paste for spice. XD I actually dry-fry all my ingredients a little bit, so the carrot and zucchini aren't so hard to bite into.
i have tried everything except the seafood pancake. Jjajanmyun does not smell weird and it's actually tasty. The…
I've always thought the black bean paste had a distinct aroma, and it freaked me out the first few times. Now I crave it, and wish I could eat it every day. I love the Super H-Mart, but don't have anywhere nearby. I have family bring me ingredients every time they visit! And you Must try the pancakes!
I don't think I will ever try them (too lazy, not much access and cant cook to save my life) but you have written…
The octopus is technically dead.. It's just the final nerves in its tentacles still wiggling. So I've heard! Not sure I'd be that brave either though XD
The first Kdrama I watched was Dae Jang Geum, and I've been obsessed with Korean food ever since. I really wanted…
Congrats on making your own kimchi! That is hardcore! I've only made radish kimchi, and probably 1/4 of the banchan dishes I have attempted to make myself too. My family's favorite is the lotus root.
I've only seen the first two, but there were enough to make me a huge fan of his. The rest I definitely will be watching soon. Question is: which one should I watch first? Oh, the agonies of drama-watchers.. so many options, and so much Hyun Bin to choose from. XD
