at this point, i feel like the sweet moments between our leads will be near the end of the drama. only once nan heng dies (wall scene, ep 37) will she acknowledge the feelings she has for him. i believe he will be revived though, through the script mechanism of when she dies, it resets. i hope im wrong, i hope that their relationship development starts picking up sooner but this is getting frusturatinggg

question: when song yimeng was getting blown up in the lab, how come there was no typing by the scriptwriter? the fl's life was in danger, and the ml wasnt around to save her voluntarily. perhaps it was due to the plot armor 😂

likely dead because during this period, there were lots of court struggles, young princes were harmed and plotted against. or they simply died due to illnesses.
