Title A Time Called You Spoiler
It's not a bad remake, it certainly has it's flairs and minor differences to fit the plot. At the same time they cut down the crucial part of emotional bonding between the male leads in their unique brotherly friendship, and between FL time in college years spent with ML in her memories as she was grieving. Naturally the emotional damage of most scenes was cut down short because of that. I for one like those fond details in the original it made the characters not be so one dimensional like they are here. For those of us who've seen the original, I think this remake lacks in that. Because it's what makes us want to root for the characters, create a deeper emotional attachment and cherish their special moments. I felt the friendship here was stiff and not natural for two best friends, unlike it was shown in the original version. I still remember the conversation they had there, reminiscing about their youthful days when they used to drink oolong tea pretending it was beer for example, it's cute and unique. In here it's different when they shared the childhood memory of taking the blame and having each other's backs ever since little. At the same time also relatable to a certain point. Also, it's natural that they avoided certain topics and changed characters, like how they skipped the bullying part about her little brother. Given the latest scandals of the topic within the entertainment business it's understandable that they wouldn't want to include anything related to that. Which led to not having the scene in which the trio managed to dress up like thugs and scare the kids with the power of good arguments and save her brother and the day rewarding themselves with a nice meal which is when she makes the lame corny jokes xD What a shame it's probably one of the most iconic scenes in the original version, and I would love to see Hyo Seop in a bad boy style if they did that scene. As for the final episodes it was inevitable, they had to follow the same plot, unless they wanted to change the whole storyline which wouldn't make this a remake whatsoever, so am glad they managed to keep that unchanged. Even so, this one doesn't beat the original version that's for sure. On another note, great choice of song. Tragic, timeless, and thoughtful in the symbolic value it gave. Perfect for the theme and the main characters turbulent journey.

As an avid fan of the original story, I have both expectations and reservations towards this adaption. Hopefully it works out for the best. The teaser showed they are keeping most part of the essence scenes of the original plotline so let's see how it goes :) I like Hyo Seop in other projects and I think I will like him in here too, but Greg is something else in the roles in Someday Or One Day 💗 🤩
Am wondering if I should see this season just to do a review/rant in here 😅😂 honestly by now it seems that it has become a tradition of mine, despite the endless frustration. The series seems to be downgrading, the comments only validate that in every episode and season. Walking dead indeed. 😩 Is this going to have more seasons?? What? A movie too?? YIKES... Why, Japan? WHY?

My mind is creating endless theories and questions, this episode did not help 🥲 like weird that Dome was trapped in a mirror as if he is a reflection? I mean technically Dome was another person, who on a night of a full red moon lost his existence as someone like Chan took over and he was left in darkness and erased and replaced... Was it something final or will things return to place?

Another thing is the theory of Chan, The One and Dome. There can only be one. What does one mirror do? It splits the image of one individual. Chan and Dome and there can only be ONE. So either they fuse like in Dragon Ball or am sensing dangerous decisions ahead.

Tum said that he tried many times to change the past and saved his loved one but he put him through greater pain. His efforts weren't in vain because through this experience he learned an important lesson. Value someone while they are alive and the acceptance of their departing. He was in denial for so long which is why he tried so hard, but he got his closure with that video call from Phone as his final goodbye and a part of his loved one that stays with him. In a weird way maybe this symbolizes the 5 stages of grief, and also links to guilt and loneliness that Khatha carries within him.

"I wish you were here with me" both said by Tum and Dome in the same episode, shows their yearn to reunite with those they love and miss the most.

Also Khatha was cursed sure, to live a painful existence. But does anyone wonder about his powers? Anyone noticed how it's all linked to that scepter he carries? When Khatha looked at the crystal it seemed like it showed the moon. He spoke of letting go of the past, but he hasn't done that. He refused to acknowledge it and has been running away from it while yearning for Chan all along because he feels guilty. The One brought it back and made him face it. So does that mean a choice needs to be made? In this episode its revealed that Chan was the one who gave him the name Khatha which symbolizes scepter. Something Khatha no longer needs now and he didn't needed then when Chan healed him. It all goes along with the term of moving on. He needs to learn from the past but there's nothing he can do about it, it's fix and unchangeable. "You are your own scepter." Maybe it's a hint that Khatha needs to let go of Chan and will have to chose that so to keep Dome and break the curse? It's all confusing. The fact that there's only two episodes left now is worse.
