I'm going to stop at ep 35 as my happy ending💗 and wait to read the comments of the official ending when it finishes yes, I have trust issues with cdramas
Finally a cdrama without annoying, possesive characters obsessed to marry the leads and disrrupting the whole plot. The romance, is healthy, cute, moderate, and even just the needed comic relief. I feel so satisfied watching a drama like this for a change!
Ok, I had to put this drama on hold for a while, I'm glad I did, since many episodes were outrageous. But if you binge watch, the whole thing somehow makes sense. At least it was interesting to watch till the last second, and had an almost good ending.
Ok, I'm only in ep 9, and I 've been thinking for a long while... how?? would the writer move two mountains together, and ...of course...it's going nowhere....agh! they have the chemistry, but this so depressing to watch... T^T but still...I need to keep watching my cute actors
It was solid. Better than expected, wholesome happy ending, no audience torture, no bad acting, and not bad script. Just perfect for my tired soul. 9/10. Fresh and cute. Treated the religion theme with respect and taste, better than all 'priest' themed kdramas out there.. Good job to the writer for that.
Why is this drama so good? Why is it over? Now how do I go back to my life? I already miss this drama T^T I`m bad at explaining but this drama is amazing, the acting flawless, the script flawless, every word was meaninful and beautiful, and the storytelling was so good, and the directing and editing, and the funny guy explaining the plot at the end when I needed to catch up was so cute... huhu I need more... but it is already perfect as it is... huhu... now I need to erase my brain to rewach it again as if it's the first time, hehe.
Edit: And if you can watch the drama without distractions then no need for funny guy synopsis, but if you want to watch while multitasking, then you will need the synopsis. I binge watched in two parts and the only time I needed the explanation was before binge watching the second part since it had been a few weeks. Happy watching!
I see that theres two types of ratings given in every show, ones were the audience look for specific things in dramas, like good romance, action, violence, characters being badasses, their favorite actor/actress having more scenes, happy ending, etc. This type of audience gives one rating and theres another group that rates the kdrama according of how well the writer got their idea across and if watching the drama was meaningful or not. This explains ratings of many shows, on wich side the audience had more numbers. Anyway, amazing drama, I love it and is one of my top ten kdramas of all time.
I feel like part 1 set us up really well and made it seem like their would be a long, well drawn out and elaborately…
You are right. but the truth is that a perfect revenge is pointless. The person getting revenge would need to be doing exactly the same than the bad guy. It would just make a second bad guy, with double the damage, double of innocent people harmed, and the revenge per se isn't fulfilling anyway for a normal person with a conscience. It is empty. It is nasty. It is ugly. It hurts to hurt others. You start to hate yourself too. That's why watching her getting revenge feels empty. What we really want is getting everything we lost back, and that is imposible. The point of the drama is yes, you were hurt, you can USE getting revenge as a reason to keep going for a short while, but the only way for you to get better, is finding a reason to live and letting go of revenge. I'm happy that the writer showed us that instead of an epic nightmare that would haunt us or the leads getting hurt again, as only in kdramas the "good guys" get out of a war unscathed.
I binged 6 episodes and totally loved it! I was so in love with the plot. I love Rembrary. This character is so lovely. The religion and the way it is at odds with some parts of idol culture, has been brilliantly portrayed, it has been presented as comedy, but for some people that stan an idol and are religious; or idols that come from very religious families, the struggle is real. This has been tastefully shown. Invites to reflect.
I thought this would get too corny at some point, but it didn't! The chemistry among the leads, the bromance! It was a cute silly sweet kdrama that lightened and warmed this cold winter, I will miss this drama💕💗😍😭
This drama has surpassed my spectatives, it's so interesting! The acting is so good! I know it's not all facts, but the story is entertaining and the characters so lovable, specially Dr. Brain is such a sweet psycho ^^
And: Men. Can't.be.trusted.
