I'm sorry you're offended, I don't want people to feel hurt, honestly. But also it's also true that is is what's the most hiding garnment of a woman's body. It's not a judgment, not an opinion tho, it's just basic facts. like the sun is bright, or the watter is wet, and that was the writer's point of this drama. I'm just trying to explain to you the other person's point of view here.
If you can't understand that because it's a too sensitive matter to you, maybe skip this drama! From my point of view, as an atheist person, I do not compromise freedom of speech for religions I don't believe. I respect them, I usually don't talk about them, except when religious people try to cancel things they don't like exactly like you're doing now. You should respect this value too. It's exactly the same.
I know it's the eternal debate, though, freedom of speech of total respect of the other's religion? This is a very sensitive subject and there's no right answer, it's obviously depending on which what values you were raised with. In THIS case, I'm explaining that I don't think the writers were trying to be offensive they were making a point on the RADICAL difference between the mini skirt and the aba.
In my opinion If you're not comfortable with a joke, as I said earlier, just skip the show, trying to cancel it is just very reactionary. there's always gonna be someone offended, so what? Everybody is gonna shut down not to offend anyone? for exemple you're offending me now but we still have a conversation..

it's not cultural approiation she didn't internd to wear this. she was showing what is concidered rather unanimously to be the most extreme garnment to wear to hide the body for a woman (there is no jugement in that, it's just factual) . She wasn't taking the garnment, not twisted or deconstructed it from its original purpose to adapt it to her style at all.
Also racism means bringing a hierachy to groups of races/ethnies. This show didn't expressed an opinion towards muslim people or an ethnicity in particular, she was making a point about what women are allowed to wear or not within a professional space. it's not a question of point of view.
In Korea women are supposed to be allowed to wear whatever they want, and the freedom of speach allows you to make jokes about everything and everyone, nobody should be saved from this fact for religious purposes. Religion is personal, the laws are universal. This should be clear in everyone's head without people getting all angry and sensitive for no reason because this missunderstandings can be dangerous and drive people away from eachother.

Also i agree the brother thing is gonna bring so much frustration, because he is a writer she likes she's gonna allow him slightly too close for her boss' liking before she realizes that he's just using her to get her brother - but then of course he will fall in love for real blabla- lol
I'm rooting for this drama, but also I'm loosing the hype. the first 2 eps were really fun and quick paced, but episodes 3 and especially 4 got me slightly bored, and i kinda got the feel that it was more of an ep 10-12 kind of pace if it makes sense, than an ep 3-4. Also when I expected a humorous turn on typical room-can I find this way more cliche and kinda standard that I was expecting... It's somehow too easy to tell what's gonna happen next and all of the dark back story isn't really anything new. Really hope for next week to reconnect with more comedy and unexpected writing. On the good side, how gorgeous is Morpheus I almost choked to death.
