Because when the drama has a good/not typical plot, people want to see a more experienced cast so the drama won't be ruined. Yoona is just an okay actress, there's nothing special about her acting. Let's be real - she gets casted just because she's popular, and because the Koreans think she's pretty.

Soo Ae has been offered the main role. As for now, she's still considering.

Please Yoona, don't accept this role. Ji Chang Wook deserves a better main actress.

As for now, it looks like the director wants every single male character in the drama to have a crush on Yoo Hye Jung. That's why people are complaining about the reverse harem.

PSH's kisses in Pinocchio weren't something amazing either. LJS did all the "hard" work, PSH only puckered her lips.
Also, the director's previous work was "My Love From the Star". So it's hard to believe he told PSH to stay still and do nothing during that horrible kiss scene in episode 6. A quick peck on the lips would've been better than the "let's glue our lips together and be stiff" kiss.
