Is it a happy ending ?
It's kind of open ending. Because male lead has only 10 years to live. He save female lead for this he has only 10 years to live. In the end they went to martial arts territory & give up thrones. So in there ML has possibility to cure lifespans but It doesn’t shows in the ending.But according to novel he was cured.
