Dang that kiss came outta nowhere, they need to slow down like... people don't fall in love at first sight. I'm…
The kiss was very sudden but as I was watching it I thought of the dinner scene. We found out that Cha Woo Hyuk and Tae Yoo Ra's husband were acquaintances and he had helped him out a couple of times. I'm thinking that's when the two met as it's quite possible or maybe they go way back, only time will tell. I think the timeline isn't very linear at the moment and I think there will be a lot of going back and forth to tell the full story.
I know it was a while ago but he did kill Wang Shik's mother and he certainly has murderous tendencies. Please…
Yes, I'm aware Min Yura planned it that way but how did he react? He didn't feel sorry for the woman, he just saw her life as a nuisance. He didn't care that he killed a woman. He only cared that he might get caught. Also don't forget that he pretty much murdered Min Yura. Yeah, she survived but not by his hands. As long as he was aware he killed her and on purpose. He also ordered his last Chief of Security to kill himself and ordered Woo Bin to kill his Empress. He's a psychopath and people need to stop making him out to be the victim. Bad crap has happened to him but when you think about some notorious serial killers having had a bad life do you pity them when they were killing people? You wouldn't so why is this guy any different? The man who plays him is an amazing actor and he's killing this role and yeah he can appear sweet at times but notorious killer Ted Bundy was apparently a charismatic, charming, sweet guy......
This may not apply to you but some people on the internet are treating him as if he deserves a happy ending when he deserves everything he gets.
It looks like it's going to be very busy after my current dramas end. The Crowned Clown (CW), Kingdom, Romance is a Bonus Book, Hot Blooded Priest, Tower of Babel, Touch Your Heart, Dazzling, I Love You When I'm Sad, The Item and Haechi.
The synopsis for this drama reminds me of the American comedy 'Younger' which is about a 40 year old woman who was at the top of her game in the publishing industry but after getting married and having a child she finds it hard to get back to where she was with the 20 year break from her career. She lies about her age to get a job and her boss ends up falling for her. Amazing comedy! I finished all 5 seasons within a week. The best part about the show was the love story between the FL and her boss! I'm really looking forward to this <333
I feel like the New Year's kiss would have been better if he pulled her in during the count down and not 5 minutes after. It was still a nice kiss but a part of me felt like the camera kept on pulling away from a front view because maybe the chemistry with the kiss was a little lacking. I do like the couple together and I think they have some form of chemistry but they aren't a couple I'm shipping so hard it hurts.
So they are going to air a special episode which is pretty much a recap from 1-16.... UGH! Seriously who cares???? I would rather have the actual episode.
omg exactly, how can you believe that?! i wasnt sure about this drama cause she kinda played a lot of bitches…
"He may have had romantic feelings fir Bok Soo too which his mom would not accept" where are you getting this idea from? It's clear he likes Soo Jung -_-
I think it's pretty clear how everybody found out about Soo Jung being poor (and shame on the students for the way they reacted). I'm 100% certain Se Ho being the creep he was/still is!!!! followed them and then made up these lies about Bok Soo letting it slip. B**** please!! You wanted to cause a rift and well done you did. I'm pretty sure that's the reason Bok Soo was so mad on the rooftop.
It's been a long time since a couple has given me full on butterflies. CLEAN WITH PASSION YOU ARE DOING AMAZING!!
P.s. Not looking forward to tonight when the SL tries to get his claws into the FL. This will literally be me: *grabs my bag of crisps and scrunches the bag up* "Get away from her! Get your hands off her!!! When will these scene be over. I need the ML!!!"
P.s (again) also I'm totalling not digging the SL's hair in episode 7 *sick emoji*
Loved every second of this drama. Would I watch it again? Obviously.
Shin Hye Sun did an exceptional job portraying her character literally to the point I think she over shined Lee Jung Suk's a little too much. He certainly had his moments though *his emotional scene with his father*... I would say that was his strongest scene.
Favourite scenes... The club scene in episode 1 (Netflix version), the moment he introduces his wife, their goodbye, their reunion, the scene with his father, their break-up, poem back hug scene, the ending... Yeah, pretty much everything is a favourite for me lol.
is sunny, the emperor's second wife?if so, then what happened to the first one? did he love her or what?
From my perspective and the scenes we have been given (past and present) I would say with 100% certainty that the Emperor did love his late Empress. I also truly believe that he knows nothing about how his wife truly died. I also don't think he slept with the Nanny *his wife's friend/assistant at the time* willingly and I think he probably doesn't remember or if he does he feels guilty about it. My opinion on the whole thing is somebody caused a rift between the couple and he was angry enough to get drunk and foolishly sleep with the Nanny (might have been so drunk that he thought he was with his wife... it happens in dramas :p). I also think his wife could have seen this and was killed shortly after as she could have ruined his reputation and that's something the Empress Dowager doesn't want to happen.
