Family drama not alot romance
If you like stories about family this def a drama for you. The family dynamic was great. However this drama did not have enough romance for me i disappointed im fan of two leads thought they had good chemistry should have more screen time together. I hope the maybe one day to see these two leads together in a better romance drama. I honestly wont be watching this drama again. Just felt like waste for me.Was this review helpful to you?

In my top 2 fav dramas for 2026 so far
One the best stories in general ive seen in long time the talk about how obsession can hold us back in life and after death is good life lesson arthur and reba both strong presence on screen regardless when negative comments have said their chemistry is strong. What i loved is seeing enteral love of dream reunion with actor who play bai san xing. Also miles wei was so good as villain in this drama i have to give him. His props Seeing the adopted brother of the leads become the next ruler of the spirit world was beautiful. But fang xian ye death def hurt this drama had me so emotionally crying most episodes. Im glad we found out why he simu kept losing lovers cause of family curse by goddness he simu descent was funny as well. Im glad the leads got their happy ending i def watch it again. I hope the leads do another drama together like modern one i def recommend this to watchWas this review helpful to you?

Hard drama to move on from
This one of my top fav 2026 modern dramas. The storyline was just good i loved that it didnt drag or have such a slow burn romance. Bao shang en and daniel zhou chemistry is off the charts i hope they do another drama together. Daniel first sniper butterfly and now this he is def ml material. I never wanna see sml like he was only for your love. I know some fans were annoyed that cut some stuff from the novel but thats how works they can't always fit everything. Leads have good chemistry
The storyline was fine i am fan of both leads their chemistry was everything honestly i only really liked the first two and last episodes. If your into full high school dramas this def for those type of cdrama fans. the whole series they were in high school that was annoying made the storyline honestly boring to the point where i almost dropped the series we didnt really see the leads as a couple til the last 3 episodes what a waste. I wish it was like when i fly towards you, exclusive fairytale, go ahead , hidden love, first frost when we saw the characters in high school for bit, than college than adult hood. I would love to see the leads do another drama together with a better storyline. Will i watch this drama again probably not.Was this review helpful to you?

In my top 3 dramas for 2026
This drama storyline was great love story this is the leads third drama together ci sha finally got the girl. The chemistry is def strong made me believe they were real couple. Ren min did a wonderful job as independent strong fl. Also i hope after this ci sha gets more leading roles def has strong presence on screen and facel expressions says alot martial arts was great too. I also hope him and ren min will do maybe 4th drama together a modern one. And Win win def deserves more ml parents his character ye xian ending was sad but at the same made sense seeing him and ml become close towards the end even with chen yan yun holding crying when he found ye xian dead on the battlefield. And ye xian said that gu jin zhao will never forget him. Loved how the gu jin zhao instantly moved on from her first love chen xuan like such independent thing she got angry for bit and moved on. The finale made sense the leads story started with fire and ended with one. I heard rumor there be extra episode i hope so to see what happens to the leads and other characters i def plan rewatching this again i def recommend this drama. 😌Was this review helpful to you?

Such good story
This drama was great from beginning to end the best thing about it was that i never knew how the story would end. The sad part is the ml died however what helps is that i know they are real couple in real life. I didn't even care that there wasnt a passion kiss between the leads their chemistry was enough. I loved seeing strong female leads in the drama. I def would watch this again. If you like this drama watch the double similar story just as good.Was this review helpful to you?

Most beautiful love story
This such a beautiful love story the chemistry with these leads despite their age difference the actress is in her 20s and ml is in his 40s is steaming and touching all the same time. The ending is hard to interpret it seems that she died from cancer but in the flower field after the credits you see them together i thing it just a fantasy even though part me hopes its reality. This only drama that has sad 😔 ending that ill re-watch again and again 😢 i highly recommend giving this drama a chance the story is everything.Was this review helpful to you?

One of my fav modern dramas
This drama has healed my trauma from the drama one and only seeing the leads get they happy ending that didn't get in the last drama is so good. The story just kept getting better every episode usually Im not into slow burn romances but seeing their love grow every episode was worth ive watched this drama twice in the last 3 days and currently watching it for a third. Def watch one and only first even though its sad ending it will make this drama and love story more understandable and beautiful.Was this review helpful to you?

In my top 2 fav historical drama for 2025
Omg my advice do not listen to reviews its mostly ding fans who were mad he not was upfront but i loved his wei yun green flag engery omg the way he respected and loved chu yu was everything i think they had such great chemistry their fighting scenes with spears together as one loved i. Fan of Victoria song this is the first historical drama ive seen her in he did not disappoint chu yu character is in my top fav female generals. This had such a strong female cast honestly the whole cast was everything. The only character i didnt like wss emperor of sui trying everything to keep the main leads apart he was just jealous and paranoid of two military families coming together. I disappoint i wanted two more episodes for a weddings of all the couples. I def recommend this drama all of the episodes were never boring this my top 2 fav historical dramas 2025 next to prisoner of beauty.
