I'm about to riot seeing how underappreciated this drama is. I love productions that make us think and seek what lies behind the storytelling. This is so darned good people don't know what they're missing. I guess not every one wants to swim in deep waters
This is for you; sorry for the long ass explanation (heads up I haven't read the webtoon so I exactly don't know…
Thank you for this post; it does confirm my understanding of the story. I missed what the lightbulbs' connection to the individuals were though, and now it all ties together nicely. Gamsahamnida!
Love, love, LOVE how this is written. It's the kind of production that requires you to pay attention to every aspect of the storytelling; the dialogues, the focused shots, the set & surroundings... It's been an incredible journey for me so far
I think you are wrong. This is clearly in Dokja pov. As he is the prophet.
Yes he told YJH he was a prophet because telling the truth that he was a reader that has read about YJH in TWSA was NOT an option he had at the time. People are forgetting that the characters from TWSA have no idea that they were characters and that their entire lives and fate was determined by an author. That's why I personally disagree with the Prophet title as it is misleading in the way that it's not a stigma that should be attached to Kim Dokja

Oh dear. It's ok, you go on interpretating it the way you want. I'm only going by who Dokja really is and not what the people around him thought he is.
Anyway, this post on Facebook made me laugh. Fans are angry about it too it seems but being funny at the same time

Being a prophet comes with a person's DESIGNATED attributes; it's not like a job to "become". Real prophets are able to see the future. Kim Dokja's "prophecies" is only from his advantage of having read TWSA and knows the trajectory of things that are going to happen based on the events in the novel.
Imo ORr doesn't work as a film because the story is so complex and long, with a lot of characters and archs. Only…
Yes I agree actually. The story is an epic saga and even 5 installments doesn't seem enough. I was truly hoping for it to be made into a multi-season drama series with options for extension.
