As per my knowledge, it's the no. of sets/locations the show is filmed in. One Q may last for multiple days. There are usually more or less than 24Qs for most Gmmtv BLs. I think it's the same for this show.

The special episode gave a lot of insights of the show. It actually looks scary and thrilling at the same time. The story is unusual coming from Gmmtv so I am keeping my expectations low for now but I hope this surprises me in a good way.
