A well written and well made show. Every episode was a banger. The found family concept was the true essence of this show and I'm glad they ended it that way.
I just binged all 5 eps released and I feel this show was made for me! LOL From the dark comedy and acting masterclasses from each one of the actors, to the LGBTQ+ rep and character-driven plot, it’s perfect. The constant cliffhangers and twists are so thrilling. I found this show on X after seeing the most hilariously chaotic scene: when the main guy finds out his daughter is dating the neighbor's daughter, while he is secretly cheating with that daughter's mom! 😭 The messiness of that reveal had me dying lmfao i couldn't resist but check it out and this show had mind blown me since Can't wait to check out the rest of the eps!
Mac and Tham are carrying this show and yess, even I do not care about the second couple 😭 give me more of Rin and Khobfa. They make an adorable couple.
One thing for sure, Mac as a main lead has a lot of potential and I hope Gmmtv realises this soon, trains him well and give him roles which bring the most of his talent on screen.
The umbrella scene?? Ha Ri placing tofu on Park Hae Kang's plate?? And Park Hae Kang choosing Ha Ri over his own master?? 😭 All these little gestures carry SO much meaning. There may be no romance tag, but the way they act around each other and these subtle, growing feelings make the romance feel so obvious 🥹💗
