Haruo tried to call her "Nana" even though he thought she wouldn't hear him, and Nana turned around even though she couldn't hear him. In ep 8, Haruo-kun's eyes seemed to have touched the miracle at that time, and Nana's too cute smile when he signed "turned around" was just priceless.
