But here's my point about this: XY once said to TSJ that she love him because he's soft hearted and didn't change even after being tortured so that means she loves him for what he is even though his extreme kindness hurted her but she loved him even after this. Tushan Jing also choose to solve family' matters first and give priority to his grandmother's feeling over Xiaoyao and asked her to wait for him no matter he did so to being with XY but what's the result, his grandmother tricked him and he accepted it all and hurt XY so in this case she wasn't his priority. But if he changed himself and leaved his grandma on her own when she was sick, would Xiaoyao loved him? And the answer is no because she loves him as he is. Now come to Xiang Liu, when he offered XY to leave with him she asked him can he leave everything behind and he refused, she asked him many times to leave Chenrong and live a free life but if he really defected from Chenrong and betrayed his foster father, will she choose him? She definitely won't because she would never like a person who betrayed his saviour, she liked him and being best friends with him 'cause she knows that he is the type of person who is loyal and understand his responsibility even if it's against his own will and preferences and costs his life. So in my point Xiang Liu's loyalty is main thing which attracts XY. And she once said she's scared of him, but if she's really scared of him could have she dared to say all the things to him she'd said ? Now come to the point why she didn't choose Xiang Liu, it's purely because of Cang Xuan being enemy with Xiang Liu and the enmity between Xiyan and Chenrong that she can never choose a person who's a mission to kill her dear brother and will make her end up choosing a side between her love and brother eventually. So she played safe by choosing Tushan Jing as she loved him too. Yes, I wasn't going to say this but now I really start hating Tushan jing's character. He is kind but his so called extreme kindness is hurting him and Xiaoyao more.
