I wonder, also - was it LYX singing that or that was 'dubbed'? I usually am pretty good at recognising voices but that kind of high pitch just changes the voice too much lol

Singing in general, really, is very obvious when the mouth movements don't match. Or when a character is supposed to be playing an instrument but the movements of their hands don't match the sounds that come out lol

I know, it took them forever to find him, didn't it? Enough time for him to be healed, them to banter with one another, Li Si give him a massage and all. I'd have expected them to find him sooner lol

What do you mean by "break up" drama?

Oh, the scene where he found out how long it takes to climb through the rank was hilarious. Of course, we all know he's going to earn merit and climb through the ranks much faster than that, but it was still funny.

I really enjoy Fang Yilun here. Giving off that loner, don't care about anyone when in fact he cares very deeply vibe. And I can't wait to see more of Jeremy Xu, too <3

The Eunuch is one thing but I have a feeling the Prince is no better. Especially when he finds out who his "cash cow" really is.

And omg, yes, that scene of him "singing" yet his mouth not moving in the slightest is something I also noticed lol

Oh yeah, absolutely, that would be very cool! And I think it wouldn't be too far fetched, given what we have learnt so far.

Oh, for certain! Also, I feel like the Crown Prince saying "I don't have brothers" is also a bit of a hint. It will be nice to see how it all falls into place :)

Yeah, that's also part of the reason why I suspect he may be up to no good lol But I guess we will see :)

Episode 8

*sigh* They could have made it a bit less obvious with the Lou guy. Not only was he there every single time a death happened exactly like in the box, he was the one to "find out" the information about Meng Rui's sword and who it belonged to previously, and he pushed a bit too hard to suggest that Meng Rui was involved.

Other than that, I am really liking how this is developing so far. And if the previous are any indication, we are going to get some more info on Li Si's goal, too. <3

Episode 7

Are we in for a backstory arc for Meng Rui? I'm definitely in if that is the case! <3

Oh come on people, what other reason could be there to kill a prince of one country in a different one? It really shouldn't need to be pointed out. It's clearly working too, when all the different sides are fighting one another.

4 episodes in, I am so ready for the trio to finally start working as a team rather than playing this cat and mouse game.

Luo Yunxi and Fang Yilun are incredible as always, and I'm really enjoying Shen Yujie too. I'm enjoying the drama a lot right now, hope it keeps this level! <3

6 episodes, that's a lot! Good thing it comes out on Friday - I can stay up late if necessary to watch them all! lol

I'm definitely in the crowd that appreciates the lack of spoilers!

A part of me wonders, though, aren't the posters for Fang Yilun and Shen Yujie the other way around? It feels like that to me compared to when the article mentions them :) Not that it really matters, I suppose, just something I noticed :)

This drama is going to be so great! Luo Yunxi and Fang Yilun were great together in Whispers of Fate, so it's lovely to see them working together again. 2nd October can't come quickly enough!

In my opinion, it's very fun but as with anything, really, everyone has to judge for themselves.

There was this scene in prison where Fu Yang's father implies that not all hope is lost just yet, so my guess right now is that everything being flipped the way it is has something to do with that. I know they claimed that he's dead in this lifetime, but I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out not to be true.

And the whole feeling the same pain/injuries and all is like the fate's intervention or some kind of a failsafe.

True, Fu Yang doesn't seem to be though I'm not entirely sure about Yun Fang. She seems to have some memories, but not quite the same way as the others. I wonder if it's not going to turn out that it's the same for Zhao Boqing.

Though, the twist that he suffers from the same things as the He Xiaoyuan does is something I really love. One of the more fun soulmate tropes if you ask me :)

Oh, I really like the twists in episode 15 and they also explain quite a bit. Now I'm really looking forward to seeing where it goes next.

Episode 6

Interesting, Lan Ling'e rewinding the time during the duel, even if only for a short moment. The necklace appears to be some kind of talisman with some powers, or she has some powers that she uses not entirely consciously. Interesting.

The fight between Li Changshou and Ao Yi was too funny, though. Both of them outdoing one another at pretending lol I wonder what Ao Yi's purpose is lol I'm sure it will be revealed soon.
