They did have a connection and do have a connection - not saying they don't - but as good friends coming from her side - he is the one that fell for her first and has been drawn into her kindness and resilience. She has done more than his family has with the revenge against the Hwangs - but I am sure we are going to see the best saved for last - Do Hee's murderers coming to light. But this family, if you think about it, has basically just let JI do all the leg work for getting to the revenge for Do Hee. She has carried a lot on her shoulders - dating and love are the very last thing on her mind. And she is still grieving the loss of her son and father and dealing with her mom - not to mention she is still feeling very betrayed by GC's so-called love. If I were her, I would have trouble being in another relationship after all of that with him.

You never know, they might do a time jump in the last episode.

ok, you see it there, i dont. not gonna keep going back and forth over it. they will likely start dating at the last 5 minutes of the lasy episode anyway so you will have your romance at the end. 😂

ive rewatched many times. he is aware of her but she isnt of him, except as a friend she cares about. her mind has been in revenge mode from the beginning.

she wont have to worry about it if she isnt alive.

i said i hope that regret torments GC everyday - i think that rooster has come home to roost. 😂 🐓

this was never a romance drama. and i dont percieve that she flirted around with him - she was still grieving her son and her father and trying to get her life back together after her aunt betrayed her. she didnt have time for love and quite frankly, why would she after what she went through?

any hand touching was all one-sided. hugs were comfor hugs after the death of her son. she has never really “seen” him the way he sees her. this drama is not a romance drama - it is purely revenge. they have not had a real “connection”. she is the one who has always been in danger and he is the ine who has fallen for her while looking after her. they could have had him injured and in the hospital so she could realize what he means to her but they have not gone there….yet.

and Suk Ja moaning over her loss of her “hard earned money” wow. 🤯

he was a prosecutor though. my understanding is he didnt go to work for YL Group until after he married Jae In. He probably got a good position there because of his marriage to Jae In.

he was probably only pretending to be aslep and he will reach up and grab her arm. 😂

she committed the accident, her mother committed the crime. Had her mom called the fire dept he could have been saved.

i think he is a lot like Gi Man at this point - he is sitting back and oretending disinterest while gathering information. and who knows, maybe he and Gi Man are searching that house for Jae In.

gi man absolutely is faking it.

the one thing the writers failed to do is give them time to develop feelings toward one another that the audience could see. not enough screen time together - no lingering looks, touches of hands, accidental falling and catching, hugs - we didnt get to see any of that stuff. while we did see that with JI and GC because they were loving at the beginning (or at least he pretended to be).

Seri is in survival mode - she has to silence TO in order to keep GC. For once, she doesnt care about JI. She even said GC can see JI all she wants, JI can be the side piece for ince - but what she fails to see is JI has more dignity and class to go after a married man - and she doesnt even want GC anymore. So TO is distracting Seri right now from realizing a lot of things right in front of her own nose.

Seri will be in more danger because she vows to never divorce Gi Chan. so while his jealousy/obsession is raging out of control, he cant control Seri - then once he finds out Ji Ho isnt his son - it will be lights out for Seri. To achieve what he wants, get rid of Seri to have Jae In, he will kill her.

Gi Chan - not only a lying, cheating, scumbag but a hypocrite as well. yelling at his mother “how could you commit a crime?!” - did he forget all the crimes and murder he committed?
