Since there was no way to recover them she is going around to various film institutes and asking if they have copies of them she could get from them. So far she has recovered most of them except the one she was waiting on the video creator to return to his home at the end of today’s episode.

And I think these movies may have been Cheong Film’s they produced or maybe the previous company did that they may have acquired - they were listed under the file that said Cheong Films, Movie Archives. I found it weird that that one girl said that Mr Kim had to go to the US (???) to get some of them yet ES seems to have found all of them except the one - why would these old Korean classic films be in the US?

Yep it was obvious there was no love between those two. The sister is 10 years younger so she had to be about 18-19 years old when all this happened so what was her role in it, given her young age?

And the wiki site states the following about Jung Suk:

Gets into trouble for love - we know something happened in her past too that caused trouble.

They both remarried fairly quickly - I would say your time frame of within a year is probably close - they each had a child with their current spouses 2 years later - Eun Sung and Seon Joo - both 28 years old.

I remember DG talking to his chicken fryer wife and discussing how he had heard JA was remarrying and he thought that was the reason she abandoned the kids - who he heard it from was not mentioned but I think we can guess who.

I would venture to say ES was born in the Philippines. In one episode DG mentioned that they had been back in SK for 17 years, so all the time JA had been trying to search in the Philippines, he was not far from her. It's weird to me that NOW they are running into each other but for 17 years they never did.

I also got the feeling Ki Seok knew them 30 years ago because JA asked her husband "you remember Chun Yeong, right?" and he said yes, he remembered her - so they have been tangled up with each other for 30 years. All 5 of them - the two couples and the sister. I am curious what happened to SW's mom - was Ki Seok divorced or widowed? They havent revealed much there. I found it funny when JA talked about how much SW looked like her - the height and good looks - he is 32 years old. She divorced 30 years ago - so unless she was cheating and had a child that DG didnt know about I dont even know why that scene was written. LOL

It isnt about the movie they are getting ready to shoot - has nothing to do with that.

It was the movie files that ES was suppose to back up on the computer. Did you watch yesterday’s episode? She got a call to go get a map from SW’s office before she could back the files up. She left her laptop unattended and i believe that guy that works there deleted them. This isn't about the movie they are going to shoot.

Wait til i start posting my theories. 😂 i wasn't going to go there but guess i will.

The files disappear per the written preview that Lunkera posted for today's episode. I do think the theater witch got the part. Just my opinion because it would make more drama for ES and for SW. All of SW's talk about maintaining his integrity and being a whistleblower in the industry and having to start over - that is all being set up as a background for a reason - otherwise it would just be mentioned once and done but they are using flashbacks, his court papers, his speech in the park, etc at length for a purpose.

How am I mad? You read too much into a post about a drama. The whole point is discussion. Going forward you can skip mine if it upsets you. 🤷🏼‍♀️

How is she mad? I didn’t even get that from her post. That doesn’t even make any sense. She is commenting on the drama - which is what we do here.

Oh you know it will happen but SW won’t put up with her crap. He might be clueless sometimes and a bit slow on the take but he eventually starts seeing the light. Once he figures out Blue Moon is a theater and not some kind of brothel, he will start figuring out a lot of things. I really wish SJ would just come clean about her brother - for Pete’s sake, to literally treat your bestie in this fashion just because of your brother is really going too far. I get why he doesn’t want it to be known but if SJ can’t trust ES then why even be friends with her?

But I am down, with popcorn, for the episode that SW tells theater witch off and puts her in her place. I still think he may have to blow the whistle on the theater witch’s dad, whoever he is -( kinda leaning toward the current director of the film because if he gets fired then this would be the chance for SW to direct the film and ES to be the lead)

Ep 25 - am I the only person totally creeped out and disgusted by the talk between JA’s sister and her husband??? It’s gross. They are seriously flirting with each other right in front of JA, SW, and SJ and no one notices? And that pink thing Jung Sook was wearing was atrocious.

When ES got that call to go look for that map, I felt like she was being set up - she left her office with her computer still up and those movie files sitting there that had not been back up. I am willing to bet that jerk who works there erases them. I still think he could be related to that theater witch - they are going to do whatever they can to get ES fired. I am just waiting for when the filming starts and how that witch is going to treat ES like her personal servant to go do this and that for her.

It’s past time for SW to figure out that ES is not a call girl. And I am tired of SJ and SW not realizing they are referring to ES. Time to get over that secret.

ES’s mom is a real piece of work - pretty sure she broke up the marriage of DG and JA yet she has the audacity to sit there and judge the grandpa. I have one word for her - hypocrite. Can you imagine the fall out we will see when all the kids find out the truth?

I hope the writers stop writing HY acting like a stupid kid and then throwing a childish tantrum when caught. I am liking that she seems to be over her jealousy with SW but I don’t like that she still acts like a 2 year old. Her great-nephew is more mature than she is.

Yep, like I said, we don’t know what was said to both parties - but I do believe the current wife of DG and the sister of JA had something to do with it - I also have a feeling that JA’s current husband might have known something about it too.

Maybe he felt confused by how she acted towards him or what she may have told him - we don’t know his story yet. I still believe they were set up by lies that caused them to break up and divorce.

What Happens to My Family was also pretty good - Sunny Again Tomorrow too. I highly recommend Bravo, My Life (just finished it) and Once Again is my all time favorite.

I have to be in the mood for them which isnt often.

I dont believe he did - I feel like they were both set up to make it look like that so she would divorce him. I think the ex-sister-in-law and the current wife are behind it. Maybe even Ki Seok.

I almost watched Meant to Be and now I am gad I didn't. I thought about starting Third Marriage but I really do not want to see another drama about cheating spouses at the moment - plus it's too long - if I wanted to watch that kind of drama I would watch Elegant Empire first. LOL
