Every translation I ran with it states biological grandson but yeah, it IS a Wikipedia after all so it could be someone just posted that. But it would def make some sense. And if KS is the grandson then that means chairman had another daughter besides CR - we also know SD likes the well-off women, which she would have been. And if she had been disowned by chairman for being with SD and getting pregnant before being married, he may have made her give up the baby and/or disowned her too - which means maybe chairman has forbidden CR to discuss her 🤷🏼‍♀️. I’m not trying to make it fit though, just pointing out it would def be a possibility and would really throw a wrench in the Dung men’s plans.

He strikes me as the kind of person who would physically abuse her too. We’ve already seen what he does when he gets annoyed or angry with her. Imagine what he would do if she were his wife.
