Yep. Like Hwang’s probably have 51% with MR’s shares and Dong’s have 49% but if JH married her and got her shares it would push the Hwang’s down to 49% and the Dong’s would be majority at 51%. Just an example since I am not sure what their percentage is that either side owns. So MR’s percentage would tip the scale, so to speak

Which, if you think about it, JH is being stupid because marriage is not going to guarantee he gets those shares signed over to him.

I think is why I think him having an older grandson would make perfect sense! Especially since Jae Hyun has no desire to take over and JP is still too young. Who better than KS? He can run it until/if JP gets older and decides he wants to run it. KS could mentor him.

Yeah, they mentioned it briefly at the beginning. I am not sure but I assume Hwang had more shares so maybe that is why he “controls” everything - this is why they wanted MR’s shares. I believe that is why Soo Ji keeps asking for that 2% .

I am still wondering how the Hwang’s gained full control when it was Dung Sr’s dad and chairman that started the company together - which is why it is called Hwang Dong Food.

Lol I was reading the comments because I am rewatching this and was like whaaaat? I liked this drama. A lot. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I thought it was cute. The 3rd female (the rich witch and her nasty brother)was super annoying but there has to be that one in every drama. The 2nd FL was more annoying to the ML because she would constantly move her face in front of his to block him from seeing what FL was up to. If that had been me I’d have knocked her silly. She just has rude behavior like that.

I am rewatching this again. I don’t know about the other comments - I really liked this drama. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I thought it was cute. I have seen much worse than this.

Well he has been in the company for a long time but he was in the US branch. I am betting he was hired right out of college since his dad’s President.

He has probably been back for a good couple of months at least - when the drama started it was still cool because KS is wearing a jacket in the beginning. So it was probably late winter/early spring. I’d say we are likely in early summer now because JD was wearing shorts to go meet up with JP. So it’s been long enough for Yu Jin to be a good 3 months preggo.. Lol

And if I learned anything from TRHC, she needs to be at least 3 months so they can’t force an abortion on her.
