i do think that she still had some feelings left for the 2ml in the first few episodes. but after 18 episodes, now that she's developing feelings for yang hua instead, the previous love for 2ml has turned into pure regret. because she left the sml without hearing him out, or explaining why she left. all these overwhelming emotions she's experiencing rn, might be why some of her actions are less logical than usual.
