Xian Hua

iqiyi usually is pretty good with subs. Youku, on the other hand, has had countless subs issue....

I haven't watched that's why I'm wondering why giving low rating so easily. It's also not fair if it's subs issue.....

oh wow! 7.4 - Did people give their rating based on subs or the whole story/plot is just bad?

I haven't watched but are you seriously questioning the fighting / action scenes in chinese drama?? All of them are like that. Try to watch xianxia drama or serious wuxia drama, if you keep questioning the logic it's just going to drive you nuts.

They are always like that....

I was just listening to one of the OST from him and sounds exactly the same😊

Assuming Bai Jing Ting is using his own voice right?

Ohlalaa new picture! 😍🥰

She is cute!

I watched 2 episodes and I actually like it, I don't even mind with FL, I think she is perfectly fine. Definitely I will watch till the end - I just hope it will be HE

Is that why the rating dropped?

I prefer to see her without bangs but in many costume drama bangs represent young girls / maiden, with bangs and hair down. If you see the trailer in later episodes, her bangs will be gone.

Bangs will be gone. If you see the trailer the stabbing scene you see her without bangs. I agree that kind of hair style didn't do her justice and she looks much better without. But in ancient/costume drama many young girls do have bangs and let their hair down and later once they become adult or married, they have their hair up and no more bangs. Bai Lu had bangs in One and Only when she was a younger Shi Yi.

Zhi Yuan

Hater will always be hater? Her voice sounds just fine to me, that kind of voice is very common in c drama, even in real life.

Exactly!

Not ready to see Liu Xue Yi played as another villain, but got to admit whatever roles he takes, he does an excellent job!

The Story of Ming Lan is one of the best historical drama. Yes it is super long but the story is good. If you like LLTG you will like this one too - from the same novel's writer.

Gao Wei Guang as Ouyang Feng!! OMG this will be the most handsome Ouyang Feng ever!!!

Her role is Feng Heng from Peach Blossom Island, who is Huang Rong' mother, Huang Yao Shi’s wife. From the previous/versions / original story, her role usually is not much shown.
