Also, she was leading the army because she wanted to help the people that were captured during war, she was allowed to do that because ZZ's mom said she was her daughter-in-law (shi zi fei), so when she was going around with the army to rescue the people they all praised her and ZZ's dad. And ZZ's mom basically loves her alot and wants them to get together

At the end of epi 30 they were worried that it would be a trap if ZZ's dad went back to the capital, but JJL told them that it isn't necessarily a bad thing because the Emperor in a previous epi praised ZZ's dad and he wouldn't want to be seen as an Emperor who goes back on his word, plus they made a plan where JJL and ZZ would go back to the capital first to keep an eye out on any plots, and when ZZ's dad went back to the capital he would bring all the people who survived the war so that people in the capital can see the survivors.
Well ZZ and the family knows that she's JJL but they don't know that she's actually the princess, she hasn't told anyone yet. The last scene is with ZZ and his mom and he told his mom that he wants to give JJL back her "innocence" since everyone thinks they're getting married. I'm not sure if he means he wants them to get married or if he wants to tell everyone it was just a misunderstanding

Earlier, his father asked him if he was just going to give up on her after he confessed the first time and was turned down, so at the tea house he confessed a second time - said he thought he would always live his life alone but he found her. And she stopped him and turned him down and asked him if she should have rejected him harder, and he basically said no, it's a privilege to like someone T_T
