I really loved all the characters! It felt way longer than 24 epi because of how much story got told. There's little to no fillers. And I love how even the side characters get a backstory. I'm absolutely loving Si Ma Dang and the doctor!! How cute are they? I REALLY REALLY hope there's a S2!

I think for me his character is just too annoying. If he was a girl character I would feel the same way. He's always loud, demands to know what's going on, expects everyone to cater to his needs, whines when he doesn't get his way. I prefer characters like Sui Zhou and Wang Zhi who don't complain as much

I just finished this drama. I will say that this drama is INCREDIBLY predictable. I think most people will be able to guess who the bad guy is by season 2. It got so draggy near the end and incredibly corny (the whole "we are black shield!" bit) but I love Bai so I forced myself to finish it
