Some people are just to good for this show...
Never have I ever completed a drama where the acting was this bad without the drama beeing so bad it was hilarious... as this drama was just bad... Though it did have som exceptions that I will get to in a moment but:The acting 11/14 -Bad
The fighting scenes - Bad
The Blood Splatter- Bad
The Friendships- 4/5 Awkwerd (not in a good way)
The styling- 11/14 bad
The filming- bad
The characters- 11/14 Bad
The lines- 1 good line in 8 episodes the rest cinge, meeh, bad...
The secound couple- unintersting, cringe wtf...
The villain- Annoying awfully stayled and just why?
The lighting- ok
Thg Gangster Male Lead Meen- Adorable, good looking, sweet, but why the hell did he fall for the geeky guy?
The Gangsters lackey- Adorable!
The Biker Gamer Nitta- Way to good for this show, in every way possible! Give this woman a leading role and a good script, stat!
The kisses and kinship where actually pretty ok..
And while there may not have been much substance to this show our gangster was pretty to look at, unfortunalty the pros did not get near to cover for all the flaws...

The Scared and The Stallkey...
This is a not so cautionary tale, not really warning people to not tie other peoples shoe laces or else they may, just may end up getting more or less stalked by a polar bear. The polar bear is of course the sweetest guy ever, kind, loving, caring... And has luscious lips ,dripping of gloss and with the sweet, sweet taste of soju...The story seams to be there to tell us that the way to heal a broken heart is by constantly attacking it with fluff, persistency, and following the person both online and IRL... some would call that borderline stalking but in this drama they make sure to show us that this is indeed necessary when love at first knot meets fright at first stare.
Our lipgloss polar bear male lead is very lovable, sweet, romantic, kind, funny, helpful, patient... sometimes the guy is even respectful towards others boundaries (rare but it does happen).
Our scared male lead is also pretty decent, he does seem to have some issues and may need to seek help with his need to control everything around him. He does not come off as bubbley and lovable as mr. lipgloss but there is something about him that I do find myself appreciating. I just can not really put my finger on it.
The pacing in this is pretty odd... and it could have used a few more episodes in the middle to really work with the story.
The chemistry between the leads is decent, the gazes, kisses etc. range from dead fish to somekind flambéed fish.
The acting ranges between bad, really bad, ok and could be better, especially with the side characters.
There are not a lot of conflicts in this, the overall feel to it is fluff and stalking a guy out of his shell.... So the few added twists and spice don't really add much to the story but do not take away much either. So its really an easy binge for those moments you just need fluff (as long as you do not dig in to the whole boundaries issue ).
P.S. There are a lot of shots by a pool and those are just gorgeous, I do not really know their purpose but I love em and would like to encourage more dramas to incorporate pool side shots.
Also: There are those who actually do not seek couple/romantic love without beeing scared of it.

An Empty Can of Coffee in an Empty Coffee Shop...
This is the story about the girl who wanted to learn how to make great coffee... or more like got a crush on a barista so she used the oldest trick in the book "learning" to get close to her.The girls are kind of sweet, and the chemistry is fine there is not a lot of plot, but there is som smooching and fluff. I gave it an extra 0.5 points for the fluff, but I guess it did not really touch me.
If you do watch it I would recommend you watch an episode a day without a big gap, as I thought it had 4 episodes but it turnd out to have 7 so I started it to early and got a big gap between the first 4 and the last 3 which I binged.
So as long as you prepare yourself for some fluff, cliche talk and not so much substance and all should be fine.
P.S There is nothing wrong with watching something that lacks substance.

All is surrounded by beautiful flowers and a catchy OST that made my dance in my seat.
Sweet, short, perfect in-between stuff, like an old school commercial break but more interesting.

Moonlight mess... Life is hard...
To be perfectly honest this should be a 6 but I just could not give it less than an 8... Why you may ask these two very different ratings? It is all about the + and - Story and Pacing is probably more of a 6 or maybe a 6,5 it is just not that captivating or interesting... It has a lot of interesting moments and some good lines here and there but most of the drama feels like it has a bunch of ways to make the stories fit together instead of focusing on 4 good stories.
I love all the actors in the cast of this drama, however both Earth and First where miscasted here, I assume they where there as part of their assigned duo... I do not know if it is a either take the whole band (duo) or I am out type of deal , but even though there was nothing lacking in their acting they where just not right for their parts... As Earth did not give almost 40 vibes at all (trust me I am soon to be 40 myself), the age difference between Mix and Earth is 5 years and well it is noticeable which makes the whole old man plot line just ridiculous... That said the very few physical scenes between Mix and Earth where as lovely as always.
The best part of this show was without a doubt Gemini and Fourth they where as playful as ever had great chemistry and just left me wanting even more... I am not going to say that their story line was perfect but they did manage to show some of the issues that deaf people have to deal with in a decent way... And though some of the dialog there felt forced there were a whole lot of good lines in there as well.
There are also a bunch of good portrayals of found family, friendship, poverty sucks, break ups can be hard... and life in general is complicated.
Part of the show felt like it was a mixtape of GMMTVs most popular performers... There to fill the void of those who miss their Ships... Which gave me mixed feeling, I love em all and enjoyed a bunch of their scenes, reminding me of past dramas I loved watching and just generally putting a smile on my face... I can not help but wonder if those who have not seen these pairings before would feel about watching this. And while it did give me some enjoyment for those particular scenes I am pretty sure this casting affected the over all execution of the show in a bad way...
I am not exactly sure where I am going with this but I guess I want to say that if you have previously enjoyed the actors of this show you will probably enjoy this show in a different way than if these pairings are completely new to you. I am not sure in what way...
So what can I say it is a slightly messy slice of lie that could have been a lot better, but is good enough to watch... and gets extra points for the parts that made me smile.
Also, make sure to pay attention at the color coordination of clothes and set... Sometimes it is more obvious than others.

A small dose of sugar
This is so cute, an invite in to the mind of a college girl who is afraid to fall in love who winds up sleeping next to a guy who seems to have fallen for her shoulder... and there it goes she gets to learn more and more about mr. odd who seems to be slightly obsessed with days like "orange day" "dog day" and what not... , he borrows her shoulder and every episode pretty much ends with her reminding herself not to fall in love and that the guy is only in it for her shoulder making this a slightly repetitive yet really fun to watch pallet cleanser...Was this review helpful to you?
Life: Love on the Line (Director's Cut)

Hopping on the train or following ones line is not alway an easy choice to make..
This movie is an emotional ride, as we get to follow the lives of these two boys to men... from the wild imagination to the bitter reality struggling and trying to balance the pressure of leading a normal life and being true to ones self. This drama shows quite a few issues in a very honest and I dare say real way, as many people will /have found them selfs dealing with these struggles, gay or not. Life is always harder on those who stick out and while it may be easier to just hop on that normalcy train... It is a lot more painful.
The leads are in no way perfect, while one is more lovable than the other (in my opinion), both have their flaws just like most humans making them relatable, and making me feel for them. I did of course also want to beat a few people up as we get to see both racism and homophobia disguised as concern how this could be concern is of course beyond me but I know there are a whole bunch of people who actually do believe their racism is concern and well this movie does a pretty good job showing both the internalised homophobia one may feel as well as a whole bunch of shades of homophobia, but also a whole lot of love, lust and everything in-between.
The movie has quite a few really good inner monologs showing just how important (yet again) communication is, as well as just taking a step back and listening to ones partner instead of assuming things as one of the leads does get a lesson in both consent, and regret and so on and so on...
So what can I say... It is a good movie, not always easy to watch but it is a good movie
In numbers:
Consent: 7
Chemistry: 10
Romance: 8
Real feel: 9
Lovable characters: 8 (one of the male leads is a d*** sometimes)
Depth: 10

Fall in Love with the leads!
This drama probably has two of c-dramalands best leads. They are interesting, fun, stuff happens around them and they most definitely create fireworks with the MLs great Playfulness and the Fls total coolness.. She is the perfect icicle, she is smart fun, humble, pretty, and even has some super powers! The ML is gorgeous! (But I knew that) he is this fun free spirit type of guy who shows great curiosity and even though he most definitely is a playboy is actually pretty respectful though he does need a lesson in turning the ladies down...Most of the side characters are also fun, cool and all round a pleasure to watch...
All but well 2 people that got on my nerves for both bad acting and just plain annoying childish characters... And I will admit a few good characters actually regressed and had negative character development, dragging down the experience of this show as well as the score.
The drama is full of cliches, So if you do not like cliches then don't even try to watch this no matter how attractive the cast may be this is clic fest and well I love it... It has it all amnesia, kidnapping, power struggles, miss understandings. evil conniving SFL s that made my blood boil but did keep me interested most of the time.
This drama may not be what I would actually call good, and is far from a masterpiece but it is highly entertaining easy to binge and just plain fun to watch. But you may want to skip the scenes with the little sister...

Gives Chinese fluff a whole new meaning, cat fights and cat power!
This was a really sweet rom com with the classic love over time with impossible obstacles and a touch of sweetness surrounded by allot of fluffy Kittys. Giving new meaning to the word cat fight. And with allot of cat power! This movie really has allot more substance then I thought it would and while I was scared it would have problems similar to the ones in Meow the secret boy this one is nothing like Meow and is a romance between two consenting competent adults with their own lives, abilities and dreams. Portraying both longing, pain, the struggles in understanding others, and allot of fluffy humor.
Most of it was well made but I admit some parts where just ridiculous, Song Wei Longs character was not his typical character and to be honest it lacked his usual charm. But the male lead was cold yet sweet and extremely fluffy. He did not force himself on the female lead, no not even once! And the side characters where okay, I was not annoyed at any one (could be that it is only a 90 minute movie). The chemistry between the leads was good and both of the leads acting were on spot.
I was never board and I did feel a range of emotions, mostly fluff. But they where not very intense and though a few scenes did feel like an attempt from the makers to make us cry It did not hit home for me but it may for you so be were. It did tickle out some light laughter and was simply an easy to watch movie with more depth and verity than one may think a cat man would have incorporating both action, longing and comedy in to one. giving it high entertainment value.
All in all a true fluff piece, worth a watch for both cat lovers and rom com buffs like me!
Oh and the OST was really sweet but for some reason I have I'm a scatt man playing in my head...

One of the greatest romcoms with a questionable backstory
I was very skeptical about this drama because of it's description concerning hearttransplantees. So skeptical that I really did not want to watch it.I have mixed feelings about how this drama portrayes heartrransplantees. On the one hand they do a good job showing the rediculus expectations and questionis hearttransplanrees get from the people around them as well as feelings one may have while expecting to die before a heart transplant and the feelings one may have after surviving. On the other hand they portray the process really poorly and unrealisticly. It was so badly done that it made me laugh, allot!
I really didn't like it when they talked about the donerheart beeing with them... which is the sole reason I am giving this a 9 instead of a 10.
The couples dynamics, looks, chemistry and process was flawless. It was existing and had all kinds of twists and turns. Something that makes for a really really really good romcom!
If you neglect the whole heart thing the story is also really good and well done.
So please watch this, if you liked this review and want to learn more from a transplantees point of view then after you watch episodes 1 and 2 I recommend you read my comments on those episodes. I had allot to say... but I don't want to spoil this great drama for you.

I Feel You Linger in the Air: Uncut Version

The boy who Lingered a bit to long in the air
This is one of those dramas that had me wondering what is it I am missing here... Why are people rating this with a 10 star rating when literally nothing what so ever makes sense. As I spent half the drama wondering when the leads will get shot with a shot gun and if they have any type of risk assessment skills what so ever... Or I don´t know awareness of the time they lived in, as both leads in 1928 acted as if it was 2028... The acting is 1/2 cringe 1/2 decent. The pacing is off and it feels like they filmed half of the drama in slow motion just so they could stretch the time and get more for their money... making it draggy as ****But if you can look passed that, the romance is decent, the skinship pretty and both boys had indeed worked quite a bit on their upper bodies whom they show us more or less every episode or so...The side stories of the lesbian couple, the house slaves/staff and the second wife are a lot more interesting than the time traveling dude.
There is also a really cute pig in this. Not really a drama I recommend, but it did have it's moments and apparently others call it a masterpiece so if you do not mind the cons I mentioned go for it... I hope you have a better time than I did.

Not sure about an 8th sense, or making a lot of sense but it did involve a whole lot of senses...
This drama has a pretty good story, it is complicated, but not to complicated and kept me interested from start to finish. Part of me wanted to rate this higher as while I do get a lot of my beloved cliches there is also some originality and I guess an authentic feel to the story. There is however also a lot of cringe and forced dialog. Some of this cringe is called out which is lovely but then they just keep at it...The friendships in this are probably as good if not better than the romance in this I love most of the side characters, and love to hate the side characters that I should hate too.
I love the way this is filmed, even though some parts gave me motion sickness I do feel that they managed to use the filming to convey the emotions and development really well. The crew here made use of everything and indeed did get my senses involved in the story. This was especially noticeable in the peak moments of the drama as well as the sex scenes who where very tastefully made, not much nudity but they did indeed convey that some one in there was getting it on...
I am not really sure what to say about the consent in this, they talk about it but I am not sure I fully agree with them. And these are indeed real youths with a whole lot of problems, some could say kind of broken... like most youths (that I knew in my youth). I honestly kept wondering if some of the characters in this where going to jump of a bridge or start making out with some one as several parts could go either way in this.
The OST was both great and horrible some of the music was just not my taste while other song may just may make it to my playlist.
All in all a pretty decent watch that deals with a bunch of stuff (mostly mental health), is entertaining an easy (at times dark) watch.

Could have been so good without the romance...
I am conflicted about this drama, there is a lot of goodness in it pretty faces, funny scenes, decent acting, lovely gazes and some pretty deep thoughts between the fluff.Had they only made this a story of friendship support, pain and healing, though I hate the word healing this would have been great and would probably have gotten a much higher score, however having a romantic plot line between a dog and a human does not work for me at all and makes me feel really uncomfortable. I am trying to understand this phenomena as I do see it from time to time? Is wishing one pets became human a real thing? Do people actually want to have a romantic relationship with a human with the the mentality of a dog? Hot and muscular as the person may be, knowing this is the human form of the pet he once cared for? Seriously? Why? I get that there is a lot of love but romance? Really?
Losing my dog was one of the hardest things I have ever been through, going home to a dog less flat was unimaginable several years later I still miss my dog a lot. I have had pets most of my life, so I do understand that there is a strong bond between a pet and their owner, but the pet is completely dependent of it´s owner and is more like a toddler than a lover. Lee Jae Bin did an amazing job showing us that he indeed was a dependent dog that loved his owner unconditionally. Kim Seong Hyuk who played the cat was hilarious to watch, his love line was a bit more acceptable, as he was mentally less dependent and more mature. While still keeping cat qualities + his love interest is not with his owner.
Seeing these side by side made it even more clear that the romance between Choco and his owner was disturbing.
The production itself was pretty good for what I assume is a low budget production. So basically Sweet and interesting story but kind of disturbing... that could have been great if they just left out the romance.

Captivating story that made me feel stuff...
This is the type of drama that will both keep you on your toes, and make you fell stuff... a lot of stuff... As we follow several people in several timelines giving us just enough to not be too confused but not enough to figure out the whole story letting bit by bit unravel as we go along. What we do know is that the two main characters were each others first love and that they somehow drifted, got torn, splitt, ended... All spiking my own curiosity. The leads both young and less young are lovely, fun, relatable, human basically the type you want to get to know better and can not really get enough of. Their chemistry is great, their interactions both playful and deep Very well preformed as they managed to convey a whole lot of different emotions.
The kids in this drama ara adorable and so are most of the family bonds seen here and there, with the exception of a mother or two who I would gladly have shoved off a cliff. I truly loved the rest of the characters and wished them all happiness. Though I got to see mostly pain, and a bunch of life does not always turn out the way you want it kind of deal. I found myself rather relating to them and did not find myself overwhelmed by it but rather found it real in a way or as real as it can get, it is still a drama based on a song. The story is told in such a way that all the characters come off as real humans, with real fears, emotions, inner conflicts... and so on and so on...
One of the supporting characters has a hearing disability, she is there to move the story along, show us glimpses of the past and be part of the build up for the main characters she also gets to be portrayed as a caring sister, a mother and a lover giving us some deaf representation done right.
I love the OST in this and am fascinated by the idea of adapting a song to a drama, I do not think I have seen anything quite like that before.
To sum it up this is for the romance lovers out there who enjoy a mystery, and can take a bunch of pain, slice of life realism... And not a story for those in need of joy and fluff, so if you are just looking for fluff step away and look for something else. And though I did not fully cry I did get the lump and a tear so if you are sensitive you may just want to have some tissues nearby.

Oh my... Not som much logic... but light?
To be able to watch this drama you are going to have to discard any hint of logic... and by that I mean you may just want to think of this as a fantasy drama as there is more or less nothing that makes any sense at all.. be it human relations, pace, medically... you name it the logic is just not there.
The pace of this drama varies to slow, very slow, fast as ***, to so slow you do not understand how they are going to be able to wrap this up in just a few episodes to slooow with fast peaks... I guess it is i form of interval training in a drama... Having relationships go from I hate you, I love this other dude, in more or less 10-15 episodes (give or take) to we are never ever gonna be together, to now I shall kiss you... to naked in less than 60 seconds with little variation for most of the couples.. there is also a hint of Who are you, do I know you and get the *** away.. to kiss, to naked, to get the f*** away again... Entertaining at times, draggy at times... Highly inconsistent and a bit of an anti climax I guess...
That said there are a lot of fun icicle moments, behind the scenes helping, complete lack of communication skills and some secretly romantic moments. Some of those are really sweet and good. There are also a bunch of shower scenes... lots and lots of shower scens... And pretty views. Some highly predictable evil and action. Some less predictable twists here and there . A lot of apples... so many apples that it should come with a warning eating to many apples can damage your health so do not try this at home, If you are experiencing problems with you heart please go see a doctor...
I am not going to say that this was good, nor so bad it was good bu tit was okay... nothing I would highly recommend but nothing I regret watching either. What I do regret was starting this a few weeks before it finished airing as most of the characters were not memorable enough for me to remember who some of them were once I got back to watching the last episodes. So if you do watch it do not let too much time pass between the episodes.
I tried making something with emojis... but only a few work I see some people like emojis so here are some hearts to all of those who watch this brains, I know you need them:
