Frosty Female lead
First frost is a slow and pretty, actually very pretty story about trauma, living without fully living, fear and different types of stalking.Stalkier number one, intense dangerous, scary, the type that takes away women's freedom and forces them in to hiding. A real monster that no one who knows parts of the story should be able to ignore unless they willingly turn a blind eye...
The other handsome, ex boyfriend with lingering feelings. Some would call him devoted, honarbel, a man whoo kept his promisee... Romantic green flag who loves and supports his object, sorry I mean subject of affection etc.... others would see this as a great red flag and be terrified. I am going to keep this in the I know this is bad but i am going to enjoy watching him anyway, but no matter your gender or amount of abs please do not try this at home. And all should be fine.
The female lead is so talented, her expressions, lack of expression, the way she conveys emotions is outstanding. I loved her character, and There is one line in this drama delivered by her that pretty much has me forgiving the bad. She is playful at times, has great come back lines and as clearly broken as she is she still manages to push on, not in the happy and if I can over come this so can you way many other dramas will show but more real and with nuance.
The friendships are sweet, the villains are awful in every single way but also come with a certain nuance as well. There is also a sweet, sweet cat and the usual dead parens replaced by amazing grandparents.
Predictability is pretty high at times but I dare say this drama stands out from other dramas in the story telling, however there are parts that do not add up at all, romanticised stalking and a bit to many filler episodes as well as older selfs talking to younger selvs (I hate that) making it impossible for me to rate this higher than an 8.
Still I would recommend this for the female leads story.

Great contrasts but the ending was rushed.
This was a decent watch, an easy binge with a decent take on the measurements some must take to survive in an exhausting world... Boundaries and the way one is perceived while just trying to make it trugh the day.The season has a bit of second hand embarrassment, some over the top moments and at least one character I wanted to send in to small dark room to rot. Some parts dragged out a bit to long while others were cut short, especially the ending flet like they skipped a chapter or two just to get to the point. That said the contrast and growth of communication between the leads was fun to watch and the episodes truly did just fly by...
Also I am not a fan of multiple seasons, but somehow Yumi makes it work, I am not sure if Im hoping for another chapter/season or not.

Slow, a tad frustrating but realish and surrounded by sweetness
Another hard to rate drama, entertainment wise it was not very entertaining, the pace is slow not the stories pace but the way they talk, the way they film and the way it goes just takes forever....The story itself is a bit different and though we may see some well known cliches they most definitely do not follow the regular pattern. to be honest I would have liked the ending more if they ended it 5 minutes earlier than what they did but that is just a matter of preferences. I did like how they talk about fate coincidences and show different sides to holding on to something. When s it an obsession, when is it a habit and when is passion, dreams, love... yes the drama shows the whole pallet and a whole lot of different healthy and less healthy relationships. So all in all worth watching but just not that entertaining .

Potentially good story ruined by bad acting
I cam for Park Bo Young and the story but left because of the others acting. I was cureus about PBYs first role in a drama (acording to the listing here on MDL), for bein her first role and oly being 16 she did do a really good . But most of the rest of the cast just did not have the talant to pull of this story. PArk Bo Young stand out here as the ones with most potential and skill which of course you can see by the amount of credits poth have after competing this drama. This is such a shame, I thought I could forgive bad lighting and that I did not mind bad acting as well as the story is good, this drama taught me an interesting lesson a bout myself (that I do cara abot the acting) and where my limits go for continuing to watch or drop even if the story seems good.
So to sum it up if you want to test your limit for how much bad acting you can over look this is the perfect place to do it, and to see how many episodes you can watch befor you guive up. Other wise I would say you should probably not bother.

Song Joong Ki rocks but the rest is meeh
I used to be a cereal binger, thinking there is no drama I can not binge until I met Vincenzo who truly made me question my identity as a full on die hard binger. At first I thought there was something wrong with me, had I hit a slump? Having worked really hard to avoid spoilers I actually managed to be surprised by some of the twits so I could not blame spoilers for this feeling. Was it the length of the episodens? No not really, I have seen worse, so how come I could not manage to binge this drama that I had been anticipating for months? I felt conflicted since I at least thought I was enjoying the drama and did not think it was bad.I have given this allot of thought (okej not allot but some thought) and come up with several explanations:
1. It did not live up to the hype.
2. Some parts are actually boring
3. Some of the acting is pretty mediocre
4. It has several annoying characters, who just prolong the episodes without actually adding anything.
5.The characters that are annoying most of time have each moments that are brilliant resulting in confusion, do I like this character or do I wish it gone...
All of this makes it it tiering to watch.
So what did I like about this drama enough to give it an 8?
Well
1.Song Joong Ki character
2.Song Joong Ki, acting
3. Soong Joong Ki, styling
4. The pigeon
5. Song Joong Kis interaction with the pigeon
Where all grat!!!
6. The main story is actually pretty good it is just dragged out a bit to long but it is actually really interesting.
7.The cinematography is utterly gorgeous.
8.Song Joong Ki with a flower in his hair
9. Song Joong Ki with on a white horse
10. Song Joong Ki with a polo shirt
11. Amazing explosions!
12. Interesting ways to kill people
13. Fire and lighters
14. Great use of phones and umbrellas
15. Truck of doom, with or without a make over
16. Some parts where actually funny
17. Character development, every singel character changed in some way or another not bad for a drama with ALLOT of characters
So some parts where great, some part where bad and some part where just meeh... Actually not bad to incorporate all this in to one drama (a very long drama). So to be honest it didn't get me up on my toes, it didn't make me cry it did not really make me feel any thing else than love for Song Joong Ki so in short it was simply meeh
