I'm just gonna comment here because I see this mindset everywhere, I don't agree with it at all and wanted to…
Don't bother; she's clearly someone I won't be interacting with in the future. It's like talking to a brick wall. "If you're a fan of this actor, everything you say is irrelevant" bassically her mindset.
>non fans only please guyswell that's one way to get a biased response of the opposite spectrum. Not sure how people…
You clearly don't understand the point of my responses. Non fans can have just as biased perspectives as fans. By excluding one group of people's responses, you're just fishing for self confirmation; it's no longer "neutral".
I mean if that's what you want, you do you, but don't call it neutral lol.
There' an ACTUAL kiss in the preview for next week. Hype! If they change the episodes like they did for ep 5 -> 6 I'm going to be so disappointed. It's time he regains his memories, and both of them find out who each other was in the past. I so supported Goo Dol and Kkeut Nyeo trying to get them both to sleep together lol.
I think the preview also hints that Hong Shim finally becomes head of a detective agency.
>non fans only please guyswell that's one way to get a biased response of the opposite spectrum. Not sure how people…
Either you're misunderstanding my point or your wording is very strange. People can comment on a drama despite not being a fan of it. And you didn't specify any specific actor's fans. Are we just supposed to assume it's Kyungsoo...?
And calm down. You also don't need to censor 'fuck' lol. You could just ask for a neutral opinion in the future.
non fans only please guysas a drama is it good or lacking ?? cuz the writer always have a good feel that doesn't…
>non fans only please guys
well that's one way to get a biased response of the opposite spectrum.
Not sure how people are confused if this is trying to be melodrama or not. It's clearly not a melodrama. Aside the first 2 episode which gave us background information, there's no hint of melodrama. It's basically a romcom set in the Joseon Dynasty that's a little more on the serious side.
As for whether it's lacking or not, it doesn't offer anything new as far as drama characters or stories go, but the characters are entertaining and the leads have good chemistry.
I didn't really like it. Not sure what I was expecting seeing as shounen animanga adaptions into films have never been too successful in my eyes, but somehow was still disappointed. It was entertaining I'll give it that. "All you gotta do is drink all yo' milk" lol, that song.
My biggest issue was the portrayal of Byakuya and Renji, as if they're gangsters of some sort; they're not. Renji I could let slide since he's a bit hot headed, but Byakuya's character was portrayed was off imo. Never once has Byakuya ever smirked, and he does it a couple of times in the film--didn't really fit his character. Also he has earrings and dreads (they're actually dreads, not braids), which is so unlike his character. I can understand maybe his hair in the animanga was hard to replicate, but really? Dreads? They don't fit him at all. Renji maybe could've pulled it off, but not Byakuya.
Negatives out of the way, I actually think they did a pretty decent job with the CG. Uryu's bow was especially well done, and Grand Fisher was convincing enough. The OST, while I wasn't a huge fan of, did fit the atmosphere and replicated somewhat the original OST in the anime.
WON DEUK!!! That fighting choreography in the beginning was so well done! Kyungsoo with those flips!!!
I've just about had it with the vice premiere--or rather everyone inside the royal palace... I will relish the downfall of the vice premiere when it comes...
And how did Hong Shim's brother not see her whatsoever before taking that shot lol. Talk about tunnel vision.
OMG did you even read the manga recently? Miyavi was PERFECT as Byakuya - that's just exactly how he was in the…
Well, no offense but your impression and his actual character are two different things. When has Byakuya EVER smirked in the manga or anime? And earrings? His character was never like that.
I'm fine with changes to the original script and character; I just think these weren't successful changes.

Louie's personality is so cute, and the OST is <3
That scene felt like such a meme though, I couldn't take it seriously.
