Then who was the older detective? Detective Kang? I thought he was the 1980's teacher grown old!! But how…
Hey, this is a 3 month late reply but, the older detective was the student that helped the teacher escape. Remember when the teacher gave him the tape recorder?
He became a teacher after the past was changed, because he no longer had a need to catch the killer since he was already caught.
Just finished episode 9, and I'm so confused with the comments about second lead syndrome. Unless Lee Hwa Shin…
Hwa Shin is being such a good friend, and trying his hardest to push Na Ri towards Jeong Won, while he's enduring all the jealousy and pain. His interactions with Na Ri seem a lot more natural even though they get into petty arguments.
I like Jeong Won too, but this is like the first drama where I'm 100% sure I don't have second lead syndrome whatsoever. I feel for Hwa Shin so bad :( ... He's being a jerk FOR Na Ri and Jeong Won, pushing her away, so he won't keep developing feelings for her. He's sacrificing his love for his friend's relationship.
Granted I'm only on episode 11, so this might change, but I just wanted to share my thoughts at the last few eps. Agh, such a good drama

To anyone that watched this and is utterly confused about the story, the movie doesn't really focus on the plot, but more on symbolism and themes that can be interpreted in many ways.
I would say rewatch value is pretty high in this regard, as you'll find deeper understanding in what takes place the second time watching, though that isn't necessary as you can just google an explanation as well.
Regardless, I still feel as though the movie could have explored these themes in a less trippy, dementia-esque fashion. It's a "fun" movie, but I wouldn't recommend it to just anyone.
Excellent episodes (5 and 6), i love this drama already !!!! /SPOIL/When at the end where Soo Chang remembers,…
I had pretty much the same theory, though you go more in depth! I didn't think that the boy with the necklace caused the incident, but that would make a lot of sense.
I tried going back to ep 1-2 for the flashbacks of Detective Hang Joon and Dong Tak, but sadly their clothes covered any signs of wearing necklaces, so we can't confirm it's either one of them yet.
I really hate looking through comments for dramas anymore mainly because I always see people swooning over the…
Thank you!
Every drama I watch, I go to comments, and I see so many comments bashing actresses like their acting is the worst anyone's ever seen, when it's really nowhere near that bad.
tbh I didn't feel the romance between Soo Ha and Hye Sung... They felt more like older sister and younger brother. I originally wanted Soo Ha to be together with Sung Bin and Hye Sung with Attorney Cha.
Also really liked Yoo Chang's character--a bit sad he was mostly a comedic relief character :(
Wait, so she made him wait 47 years, and then leaves and makes him wait indefinitely after???
What the fuck is that ending? I really enjoyed the story, but wow he deserves way better. I'm just going to pretend the last 5 minutes didn't happen. That way I don't end up giving this a 1/10 for the shitty old lady the female lead became.

turns out we were wrong haha, it's dong tak. I think dong tak was a conman before he met the police he mentioned, and hong joon.
Park Bo Young is too adorable in this drama!!

Overall decent movie, nothing out of the ordinary however.
Jo Jung Suk is nailing both characters

Otherwise this was a great drama!
edit: yay she has new pic now :D
