Such a sad, yet beautiful movie; hits closer to home if you've experienced life on the lower end of the working class. My only complaint would be that I wish the ending was more fleshed out. Otherwise, solid movie - 8.5/10
I feel like we could have stopped at #1. The rest are pretty repetitive lol
To add on though--I personally don't understand the mentality of refusing to drop shows. Maybe it's cuz I have nothing to being a completionist, but if I'm not enjoying a show, I drop it or put it on hold. Why waste precious time on something you don't enjoy? Watching drama is a hobby, and hobbies aren't meant to be tedious.
Can some please explain to me the lack of chemistry between Suzy and Jong Suk? I for one loved them together.
I think their chemistry was fine. I feel like people are exaggerating when they say they had no chemistry. I admit, the relationship was slightly forced from the past and flashbacks (like how they took a huge step after finding out about 13 years ago), but otherwise, they made a cute couple.
I honestly don't understand the hate for Suzy here. I feel like people are just bandwagoning cuz she had poor performances in the past. This is my first time seeing Suzy, so I'm speaking from a less biased standpoint, and her acting is not at all as "unnatural" or "cringe" here as people claim. I don't know why people assume she relies on appearances, when her character doesn't have any ravishing, fancy looks. Hong Joo is a very ordinary, quirky girl, and she hardly cared for her appearance in most of the drama.
I watched After School, and it was really cringe, so was hesitant on watching this series, but to my surprise, this is really cute. Still really cringe, but tolerable.
Very beautiful and emotional movie. The trailer was really misleading; I thought it would be mostly comedy. Then again, comedy isn't even in the tags. But yeah, don't go in thinking it's mostly comedy if you just saw the trailer.
Made episode discussion threads for 29 & 30 (not sure how coding works on MDL :c, please bear with the ugly link urls) -- posting here since 'recent discussions' seems visually bugged.
Beautiful drama
I somehow ended up enjoying it despite how cringe it was, just for EXO
Most of his films and dramas are pretty enjoyable, so hope you have fun with his stalker guide c:

Overall, decent tearjerker movie, but could have been expanded upon.
we probably missed a line as pointed out by hikali (wouldn't be surprising since I use kissasian and they skip a lot of subs....)

If you feel it's overrated, write a review explaining why. Otherwise just saying it's overrated with no reasoning contributes to nothing.
this was released in theaters in korea yesterday and debuted #1 among korean films
Also, apron guy, fighting!
