There is a melon all over Douban that it will show up at the end of June.

This was great for ep 1. A good introduction for characters with some very funny scenes (and 2nd hand embarrassment, omg the end).

I am more than happy because I want a lightheaded, fun cliche romcom. I don't want to think too hard or get stressed. This delivers.

You can't find it because it does not exist. It is all information from melon and marketing accounts. They are split between mostly July and August but nothing is certain.

If you want to post melons then say you are posting melons.

There is nothing official about this drama being broadcast so don't post as if it is. It just gives people false hope.

And melons about this drama differ from it being broadcast at the end of June all the way to September. There is nothing certain about August, not to mention more reliable accounts are saying July. Be patient, it may come soon but don't be disappointed if it is yet another false start.

What blows my mind is Guohua coming up to Chunsheng and saying oh, you have recovered. This person saved his life, years have passed and he not only didn't help as he had once promised but he never even bothered to contact him. Or ask his sister who he knows is in contact with XCS. Unbelievable.

When we see people like Chunsheng and see what he did, we think ah, he shouldn't rock the boat, he wishes to be a hero, there are other ways.

When we encounter an injustice we think ah, I wish there is a hero like Xiao Chunsheng to help me.

It is a very good script.

Previews show the age old truth. The more you do for certain kind of person, the more bitter they will get. Not grateful but bitter. XCS did so much for CHJ and it is not that he doesn't remember. He does and is severely bitter about it, as a weak, jealous, insecure person.

The irony is that people have been complaining since the start that the first episode to air starts from a low point so today it was supposed to rise because CCTV 8 switched to a new show before WDB. Everyone expected ratings to rise.

I loved her in JOL and Jade Dynasty so I was very happy to hear she got this one. It is difficult to find a good script in cent so this was bullseye for all of them, including her. If it means anything, on Chinese sns she is getting really good comments!

Han Dongjun or Elvis Han. People usually mention just xz and zyl because they are the only two traffic actors who did it.

I think talk got focused on FL2 for a while but Li Qin is doing a wonderful job. She had two amazing scenes yesterday, the train and the solo in the hallway. I especially liked her in the train one and she and Xiao Zhan mash so well which then elevates the overall impression. They have great chemistry too, I can't wait for the next few episodes.

Xiao Zhan may be the lead here but the whole crew did an incredible job. These are all mostly younger actors yet combined with good writing this period drama is really winning people over. That took everyone to make it happen. In terms of Li Qin, for me, this is her best role yet.

ChienChien is correct, while it has romance as you say, this is a period drama and they are not popular. Usually you take these to expand your range and show off your versatility as an actor but it is very unusual for it to do this well. It is doing well even on Dragon TV where traditionally this type of drama doesn't pass.

Yes if you are on Wetv it will show you your country. In China it is number one, in fact no drama except WDB broke 29000 this year which is their popularity meter.

The drama is on top of various popularity lists but when it comes to actors and producers, it is TV ratings that are law.

Yes it is. Most popular drama on Tencent this year, which is very unusual because this is a period drama. I try and post ratings here as often as I can, they are continually rising and it broke 2 today. CVB has broken 1. 5 which is like the holy grail for actors. Only XZ and 2 more actors of this generation have it.

Today's ratings are a milestone. Especially as the first episode started from a bunker and it ended up over 2 in the end.

Market share also went up, to a whopping 12. 5%. Today is a good day. Even CCTV is bragging with that two. Tencent already broke yesterday's high, let's wait and see.

It is possible especially as there is a photo of them in winter clothes, I think again skating and HHL is talking to him while wearing that old red hat she had when they met.

I could be over thinking but that is such a classic tactic when trying to evoke old times if she is really going to try.
