It's a trend. Kill off the main lead or separate them. Same thing with 2521. I believe there'll be more of these…
No, it doesn't. An ending can be happy, open or sad depending on the context of the show and you can get equal fulfilment out of all of these, if they fit. This show tried to be edgy and failed. The only impact is pissed off people who will avoid dramas by Vagabond writer in the future.
They will lose viewers in general if they keep to impact instead of context but their choice. In today's world people will simply stop watching and wait for a drama to end because they can catch up if it is good. This year especially has had some clunkers when it comes to endings, all this will do is make people cautious.
So Xiao Zhan is really doing this drama. Is it a novel based drama?
You can be assured, it is definitely an original and completely unrelated to that Thai thing. I have seen some plot points so I am hopeful though of course, it's early days. XZ is picky and at the time the news broke out, the word was he had some of the script adjusted. Another plus to add to a great cast too 🤞
To be broadcast? Nobody knows, China is very complicated when it comes to airing dramas. If we are lucky TLP could air in Nov/Dec but as I said, nobody knows.
I keep getting disappointed by endings of dramas this year. At this point, I am starting to grade it on scale to find some positivity. This was awful, this was not as awful as that one, and then I catch myself doing it and sigh. What a mess and now I can add this one to the disappointing pile.
If the ending is that the two MLs hook up and walk away together, I am in. Otherwise, been there, done that, got the emotional scars to prove it. No thanks to love triangles.
Apart from Where Dreams Begin he also has another drama to shoot during this fall (still not yet confirmed which…
His dramas are not the only ones on delay. Many cent projects have never, and will never, see daylight, never mind delay.
Jealous of what though? Trash products that keep flopping? It's quality, not quantity that matters. Any decent actor in China isn't mass producing shows. Look at people like Hu Ge, to focus on younger generations. Is he in ten dramas a year?
You should Google George Clooney and Nespresso. He doesn't do it because he is established, he does it for the huge money. And this is important especially in China, where actors' pay is limited by law. Endorsements don't detract from Xiao Zhan's work - unless a person is jealous their actual fave doesn't have them.

How, exactly, should he be more active in dramas and movies? He is not a machine. Filming two quality projects per year, in cent that is full of trash, is as good as it gets.
What a weird post. You should probably give your sage advice about "kitchenware" to George Clooney too.
Well, it was amazing so far, so if the reveal or so was not great for everyone, I wouldnt say it degraded the…
I mean, I did write "for me". To me conclusions matter and how they are done and yes, they can and do degrade the show 🤷 I have no idea how to answer your comment otherwise tbh because I don't see how others center in that.
I feel like how they write the ending is going to be really important. There has been so much tension surrounding BM that they risk a total fall out if it's not tightly, satisfactorily, written. It will make or break this show for me, could go either way.

Both are in Chongqing now, it's been on main hs for a good while so all set to start!
