I have to say I am laughing by now at all the posts about how basically dare we be unhappy, and express it, about their pet drama. At the same time, there is a whole lot of pontificating about how important this drama is for people with autism etc.

But do you really care about that if you still think this drama is brilliant or are you just using it as a convenient prop to defend something you like?

If MW is suddenly redeemed after everything, is this drama really a good thing? What has MW done so far? Yet suddenly, for a touch of a hand, a stupid bug and a half-assed sob story, he is a great guy and none of what he did has any consequences. Accountability, what accountability. Instead of that, have a HE.

How does blowing off his behaviour and rewarding him for it even, help anyone with autism as a message? You still like this drama, that's fine, whatever but stop telling people not to be upset that the overall messaging of this show turned to shit.

It's not ruined for you, so nobody else has the right to feel like the drama did a 180 and that the writing is terrible? Curious.

I wish I could say I have faith it will turn around in the end but I really don't.

I keep second guessing myself right now because what I thought would be a serious drama has turned into a major cliche. My initial feeling has always been that Min Woo is a representative of how things usually go in Korea and a representative of all the negative that people with disabilities have to face. So from that POV, it's genuinely awful he gets a quick 180 and a hot gf for a HE.

I don't get it because if I was right about the parallels then are they trying to tell us the bigotry is actually a no big deal? But perhaps the fault is actually with me and it was I who gave this drama the depth it never actually had from the start.

Just those numbers make me homicidal. I don't think it will but hey, I never thought we would be here in the first place so what do I know.

It may sound strange but what was actually the tipping point for me was the "redemption" of MW. It genuinely bothers me because instead of consequences he is getting a happy ending. What bothers me with that is that this means nothing he did was a big deal. It's all small stuff that can be easily written off.

I know it differs from person to person but tbh for me, in his case, there is no possibility of a redemption arc. What I want is accountability and consequences. Instead I am getting this.

Movement means something is about to happen. Usually good, like a show about to air or new one be announced, or an endorsement. This is when antis go crazy the most. I still remember when Gucci was supposed to be announced. I cannot even begin to put into words how crazy it got. They were foaming at the mouth furious.

Right now we have antis jumping again. There is no endorsement so fingers crossed it means TLP is moving and may appear in August after all.

That account is basically what marketing accounts are on Weibo. They are there to promote their idol, and that person is most definitely not Xiao Zhan. I would be very careful when believing anything they say. Yes, they have correct info sometimes but that is exactly the point.

No as others said and my sincere recommendation is don't bother , it's not good.

He has two dramas to be broadcast that have finished filming, all indications one is about to start filming in late August/September and there's some weird rumbling today about another one. There will be more, and movies, for years to come 😍

Yes, it is still on TC list tentative for summer but nobody actually knows anything else.

Personally, I think it will air in August but 🤷
