Female lead's face seems different from her previous drama. Did she have a surgery or just do make up?
She looks younger to me. I have a feeling like they accentuated her features to give her a mature look in Yanxi Palace..but not so much here. Or may be it has to do with the hair styling.🤷♀️. Haven't seen her other dramas.
Never seen such a sensible and romantically relaxed storyline.. i don't think i will have to fret a lot for the ml and fl to come together. Hope they stick to the synopsis. 😍
The scenes between ML and FL in episode 19 are making me swoon, ML is confessing so many times while FL believes…
QM's character needed more attention at that point. She just tried to kill herself and then disappears for a while...(where did she go?) And appears when they boarded the carriage... then disappears again and then come to seduce QX?? That character needed more detailing. Comon....on QY not knowing LY has affection for her even after telling her that outright..l'Do you think that was all acting?'.. the reaction? she doesn't pull that off very well... On QM and QY 's back to back very 'out of character moves' ..They are going through a life and death struggle. .. i understand the character but acc to the precedent set by the characters and this drama, i expected a bit more.... This drama can afford to be a bit heavy for atleast one episode here and let QY and QM character show themselves a bit more rather than brushing past it and treating it as a way for ml fl to get together. I am a bit disappointed with the execution . But LY saves the day for me🙂🙃
