Hmm, that sounds unhealthy & rather shortsighted. CT may have nothing to do with the actual city, but the title really refers to the objects which were just nicknamed after it.
If media being financially supported via in-verse promos bothers you so much to the point of irrational anger, you may need to try some meds or smth. Because such series are quite expensive to make, please try to be glad ~someone is funding them at all.
Me, I get ~excited to recognize things from my fave media, even if I actually don't like that brand or product. They still helped to make smth I enjoy! So I am very ~appreciative. ^-^
(I even wish this kind of advertising could've saved my many fave cancelled US series!)

*2014? lol typo xD Cool suggestion, except HK has double the eps of SH so to keep pace with both, one would have to do a pattern of {2x HK eps + 1x SH ep; repeat til end}.
I myself plan to avoid HK indefinitely due to its ~angsty impressions, but the ep length has it paired with another "someday, maybe" series on my list, Can You Hear My Heart.
Btw, high-five for the classic modern scifi promo, lol. I'm currently revisiting most of them & have each paired with other series too, either by ep length, theme, or airdates, etc. ^-^

I'm definitely liking My Girl!! LDH reminds me of JNR in Patzzi, that hilarious way she just scowls & squeaks, haha. LDW's serious char meanwhile seems very diff from adorkable "Reaper", which was my own first encounter with him, but this role is still ~meltworthy, of course! And now first time seeing LJK, he's growing on me too! ;P
Can't say the same for Biscuit Teacher, too much immaturity btwn the leads plus wonky plot writing & altho there is cuuteness, it's not enough to make up for it, at least the past couple eps. Hope it improves somewhat, but ah well, lol. Will finish anyways!
Forgot to add, both KMHM & Heirs also had an actor in common- the awesome secretary to the leads! (whom I didn't even recognise til half thru both, haha) Yet in one of my current series, he's implied to be a ~suspicious char, as well as the person from E1988.. oy, to go from completely believing every word & expression to ~doubting them is so awkward! xD

Before, I used to only do one drama at a time, then it crept up to a couple.. & as of now, I'm "currently watching" ~ten! http://mydramalist.com/list/61Gzj747 (53-62)
Mostly I'll do them by certain matching factors (subjects, ppl / their connections, ep length, etc) which is another challenge in its own, lol ie sorting out what to watch when, from my quite long "planned" list.. tho of course, these are really nowhere near as complicated as my epic English series' lists, hehe.
Example, connections btwn my latest current six: four each have a person from E1988.. two have a lead each from KMHM.. two have supporting actors from Heirs.. one has both the second lead from Heirs, & a same actress in common with another "current" lol oops- that was totally accidental, I usually don't do different series with leads in common at the same time, but eh well.. & so on, lol. ;P
i love everything about this BUT WHYYYY DO THEY HAVE TO SHOOT INSIDE SUBWAY IN EVERY SINGLE DECENT KDRAMA
Honestly? It's the brand paying the most to get the series made. Same idea why racing drivers all get logos on their suits & cars. If other brands or companies wanted to invest in them more, then ~those would get the spotlight. Imagine if it was your favorite product or restaurant instead. Maybe try contacting them to consider investing? Cuz ~someone has to foot the bill for these expensive television productions, & they need to still be profitable. Or they get cancelled, or not made at all. And that would really suck! xo

After the horrible mess (to me) that was "Don't Dare to Dream" (forever kicking myself for not obeying the warning riight in that title, lol), I was like, oyy never again will I live-watch a series! ie better to "wait & see".. well, I caved for Dokkaebi cuz of all the shippy advertising piquing my curiosity (& ~still have mixed feelings about it, but overall positive cuz LDW as our lil angel?? omg looove) which then led to needing extensive emotional recovery major, until ditto for ~this one, promos pulling me in, so here I am again.. weaker than ever xD
Btw, of all the dramas I seen so far: My Love Patzzi has my ~fave & most OT3 ending!! <3
