From what i remember, no. They knew each other from a long time, but they weren't in love until the adulthood.
The timeline is a bit hard to remember for me now too, but I'm pretty sure they were each other's first loves and also that happened in early adulthood / late childhood.

That one has a very similar plot to this. They were each other's first loves as young adults, but kept it a secret from each other until they started dating later in life. They also met as children & played together etc..
