yes 😭😭 you're right. me too, but I'm pretty sure lovely runner will have a good ending. the ending episodes will air next week so let's see. but it's a romcom and pretty good so far
you know why he hasn't chosen a new drama yet? it's because the scripts he's gotten don't have death in them. my boy is obsessed (hope that doesn't say anything about his mental health, cuz us fans are always worried)

I think it's just because this show might be plot heavy, the other one is a romcom and people who love romcoms, at the end of the day would watch a good romcom. and honestly I'd say it's a pretty good one!
People on this site are not obsessed with the couple's looks, hence the reason this show is not scoring a 9-10…
I think it's because this show is... how do I describe it? it's very "quiet". not being promoted as much, and it doesn't have a genre people that love watching, and it's not giving them the good feeling.
the show you're talking about is being promoted, they enjoyed the silly romantic plot, it's funnier and as you said, the actors are hot too. people would rather watch something that's not... "quiet" and gives them butterflies. it's a very click story and that's what they wanna watch after the end of the day. I'm watching that too and I find that one more engaging, with with the music, the comedic scenes, etc. this show is intriguing and makes you think, that show gives you the feel.
It should be less than 8.5 for the actual rating .
Hmm, film critics would probably give it a 7. something? imo the only good thing about this drama is the first 6 eps, acting, cinematography, and music. the plot is a mess. but I'm okay with 8.8 on MDL because people rate it according to how they felt while watching it. if they love the actors and felt happy/cried, who am I to say it's a wrong rating. but I rated it 7 because that's how I felt. the messy plot was too much for me and even though I love the leads, I got bored after the 12th episodes.
