That's the standard of kdrama logic. Audience love this kind of things, so writers are delivering such crap.

That's the kdrama delusion that has been fed to us for so long. It would always be poor women getting saved by a ceo, always the good hearted guy getting sidelined for the ceo.
It's like men are just dumb, who happens to be ceos at such young age yet always spending time with the gf, acting haughty in office for a few hours and winning best ceo award.

Exactly. If she wanted to avenge her father, why did she got sidetracked and led on a good guy like ML. She even said, that he can't end the relationship on his own, also she stayed silent when he proclaimed to never marry another women if it's not her.

Also the FL always has a reason trope has been established in kdramas for way too long.
The author doesn't have the guts to make a resolute FL who can sacrifice her love life to avenge her father and actually stay resolute in her decision. What can we say

That's right. He shouldn't have to force a kiss , the woman married him recently with full concent, also she shouldn't mock him by comparing him with her ex, that's emotional cruelty. Reverse the gender and think if the husband were to say to his wife's face that his ex gf is way more of a women than her, and sideline her while emotionally isolating her, how would it look?

Only if they had choosen the ML in the role of husband, people's opinion would've been different.

This show has broken the morality meter in the first episode, and the FML is still doing it.
Just divorce the guy and get together with the ex bf and fight for your right.

Some People expect the husband to guard the room while the wife is making out with her ex.

It would've been good if they hadn't made her such a irresolute Character. If she wanted revenge, they why was she getting into relationship with ML? Then she choose to dump him for her goal , let's say it's cool since she wanted to avenge her father. But now she is still making out with the ML. I mean what the hech the writer was thinking?

She should've thought about avenging her father even before getting into a relationship.

The writers are taking notes on public reaction and taking it a step further with new dramas.

I don't know what you are talking about. The kdrama is all about female fantasy and catering to females.

Trying to look too polite and refusing to portray anyone as bad guys ruins the Japanese dramas.
For that reason they create foolish misunderstanding moments to create distance between the leads on before last episode and solves it on the last episode.
This is the biggest downside of these shows.

Dude, she is wrong.
She complied on her own term, she never expressed herself.
You can expect it at the beginning, but 7 years? She literally gave the guy a scar and came back when the thought it was right.

Not to mention she didn't even bother about the FML, he was her friend and was going through so much.
She just up and disappeared.

Truth be told,
The SFL and SML would never find anyone who would love them as much as they did and vise versa.

They are gonna marry someone else and ruin that person's life .

I would say it's a natural reaction.
You gotta know that the iron family aren't worth associating with.
Not to mention they have been hostile towards her and her son in every moment they got.

It should be 7 at best.
Just full of unlikable inconsistent characters

This story is a mess of inconsistent insufferable characters.
The Chairman, Chairman's biological son, The cop son behaved so inconsistently.

Poor Gang Ju, although he has a major flaw, he is too much of a simp.
His second flaw is the recent episodes, His mother is suffering, yet he is going to the bath house with the thief grandpa, buttering up th dry cleaners family, being a son to the FMC's mom.
I mean he didn't even care for her mother suffering the online trashing while he comforted the thieves.

Cha rim is way better and consistent of a character i see.

Da rim took too much time to see the consideration of MC and suddenly changed after seeing what he did for the family.

Tae wong? I don't even know why the heck the character is even in the show.

The Cop son, I mean is he for real? He is blaming the Cop MIL!? He knows well enough his mother should be behind the bar along with his family.
I get it that he is relieved because they didn't have to fact the charges.
But the way he is asking the MIL to apologise is downright audacious.

The Only good character along with Gang Ju is The Cop wife.
The Cop wife is sweet,considerate and everything a man can hope for.

Well I guess both Gang Ju and The Cop Wife are bad at choosing partners.


And last but not least, The MC's mom.
People might find her annoying.
But in real life you know that she is the best mother , although a bit immature.
The way The Chairman kicked Gang Ju out of his life, The white bears' word are absolutely right, Only money can be trusted.
So her trying to save money for herself and her son was a good idea, not saying anything about the tax evasion ( I don't have any idea about the tax laws of that nation).
If I were a friend of Gang Ju, I would've warned him long ago not to chase after Da Rim. And after how the family reacted about the burned stolen money without considering the fact that he saved the old couple from the fire, Also how the FMC's mother was happy about the chairman's devorce and pushed the biological son into the home the next day, anyone can see, how self centred this whole Iron family is.

Now the author is trying to present MC'c mother as the main villain.
My question is, does the Chairman has the right to plead her not to report the FMC's mother? Specially when he kicked out his step son of 15 years without a thought?
Does the biological son has any right to ask her for anything? When he blatantly took the position that her son was kicked out from?

The answer is simple.
Just omit the part of Gang Ju being smitten with Da rim, who didn't show any affection towards him, And you will see that the iron family are nothing but a family of thieves.
And the MC's mother doesn't have any obligation to spare the family when the
- Cha rim rejoiced when her son was kicked out and actively wished for the biological son to replace him
- The FMC's mom rejoiced when her marriage broke down and pushed the biological son in the house , not to mention even eyed the Chairman 😅
- The biological son of chairman who just barged in and took everything her own son wanted and deserved.

So yeah, the Author has dug herself in a hole, and no miracle is gonna save the show.
People would just root for the Simp Gang Ju to get the girl he simped for.

They treated him worse than this.

If they were in the mom's position, they wouldn't have hesitated for a moment to report them, considering how they treated the MC for burning the money that they stole, on top of that the fault wasn't even Gang ju's. The old couple dropped the oil. Despite him saving them they didn't even care.

Also, Da rim only changed after knowing what Gang Ju did for them.
I'm not demeaning their love, it's just they story teller went too far dragging Gang ju to the ground.

People dislike the FML's mom because of her total disregard of anyone else but her family and loved one.
Specially in case of Gang ju's family, she has been pushing her hardest to shatter the family so that tae guy can be with his biological father. Not only that, she also thought of going for the ceo herself.
Tae guy is also doing that as well

That guy gave up on cha rim.
So he set up his dad with cha rim's mom.
Tae wong is cut from the same cloth as the ceo

If having a wife (who loves you probably even more than her own kid) and a son (who idolize you and practically live for you) for 15 years can't make you a decent human being, then there is no redemption for you.

There are some people who would defend even villains because they are handsome and this culture is seen in "some" drama fans.
That's all there is to it.
If he had a pot belly and bald head, people would have cancelled him.
