This was a pretty good show. I enjoyed it. The horror aspect was really, really well-done. That and the mystery were the parts I was super invested in. I gave it a 9/10. Honestly, I would've given it a higher score if they hadn't dumbed down the characters and had so many little plot-holes in the last two episodes. It was extremely frustrating to see ngl. However, I still really enjoyed the show overall. The main romance was cute and pleasant to watch. I wouldn't say it's my most favorite romance though. I just wish they had given us more background story on the second couple. I could see they had a complex relationship with their history. I feel like that could've been explored more so that we can understand why Darin and Sey behaved the way they did. Feels like they were a bit underutilized.
Aah I can't wait!!! I also love that we have different kinds of storylines for this one. TK: Enemies to Lovers KNP: Boss-Employee JO: Mentor-Mentee (I think?). We also get to see the adorable wizard friendship😍. Hope DMD doesn't fuck this up and hope they give all the couples equal screen times. I would absolutely hate it if they incite fanwars by leaning on any one storyline too much.
In the recent 'Viral Hits Awards' interview, Kong said there's going to be a small update on Unknown Lover coming soon👀🎊 Really hope it's a pilot trailer🤞 Also, TK won best BL couple of the year!! I'm so proud of my babies❤️
I don't mind scenes jumping between murder and romance. In fact, I like it. It's so real. While you're eating…
Ahh, I see😅 My bad lmao🤦♀️ I didn't even think about that. But, I understand what you mean. Can you tell me if eps 4 and 5 are good? Will there be similar fast transition scenes. I just want to make sure my expectations are set correctly before watching it

I'm sorry, but I never said that I'm uncomfortable with any of the things that are happening in this drama😁. Its not that I don't like to watch it either. Ik it's normal that people are suffering at some part of the world while I'm comfortable right now. I'm fine with having a lot of romance. In fact, I like that we get so much romance in such a dark series. I watch a lot of crime dramas too lol. It's not new to me. I just don't like how the scenes transition. If they want to transition from murder to romance, that's okay. It's just the way it's done that I personally have an issue with. Again, I've only watched the first 3 eps so far and that's my opinion. It might change after watching the future eps🤷♀️ But, I've watched way more gory stuff, so that's not the issue for me. Other than the transitions and the background music, I like the storyline
i'm also a joongdunk's fan and i'm happy for joongdunk like many others who love this series 🥰 in my opinion,…
I'm happy that the author is satisfied and I'll be even more happier if JoongDunk get new fans❤️. The more fans for them, the better their career will be. I love them so much. It's not that I'm stuck regarding the loss of parbdee. It's just that certain things bother me. For example, in ep 3, we see the bathtub murder and it immediately cuts to a romantic scene. It really throws me off. Because we just saw such a gruesome murder and then we suddenly have a kissing scene. It just doesn't make sense to me because there's no proper continuity. That's all. I really really want to like it. I seriously do. I will rewatch the eps again to make sure that I don't miss anything, but I just have an issue with all the sudden transitions. And the background music just gets too loud at times. But, yeah, hopefully I'll like it when I catch up with the rest of the eps, but these are my thoughts for now. Also, I'm super excited for 'How to Survive My CEO'💛
I kinda feel sad for JoongDunk. I wish this show had stayed as a parbdee production like it was first announced. They have more experience with directing and producing these kinda shows. I was so excited for them when Parbdee was announced because they were finally getting the team they needed to become more bigger/famous. Don't get me wrong guys, I am a JoongDunk fan, but I feel like this team doesn't know how to mix romance and crime together. I feel like the romance is quite abrupt and the transition from crime and romance is not smooth at all. The sound effects are quite odd as well. Just my opinion though, don't come after me🥲 [🚨EDIT: Y'all this is my opinion after watching the first 3 eps, so it might probably change after watching the rest of the eps. So, don't take this comment too seriously]
After watching ep 12, I can see what people meant when they said ep 12 was a rage bait. I got sooo pissed off lol!!! I get that this is a BL and the romance/horror part is the focus. I did suspend my disbelief regarding all of the stuff in the past 11 eps, but this episode is just too much🤣
Why the subs keep misgendering Meen? And why they keep calling her transgender when no one is calling the other…
I believe it's a weird mistranslation. Because in one episode, sey keeps using she/her for Darin. I found online that Thai doesn't have direct he/she equivalents; instead, it uses one gender-neutral third-person pronoun for he/she/they, so the translation gets messed up. However, Idk why they kept talking about Meen being trans. There was no point in bringing it up so many times and it wasn't relevant to her death🤷♀️
IT DOES?? is it the stitch one? 8 cant find 8t in any manga website
Yup, that's the one I'm talking about. There is no official English translation for it yet; but they will be releasing it this year!! Seven seas will be releasing/selling it on August 2026, I think
Yoo....This drama is soo good. It's brilliant, honestly! All the plot-twists, the cinematography, the music.. I couldn't take my eyes off of it. It's very beautifully done. The fact that only79 people have watched it so far is crazy
I like the show, but I wish the editing was better. The tone shift from crazy murders to romance is too jarring. How I wish they had done this show with parbdee productions like they initially planned😭
I can kinda answer a couple of the questions😄. 1. None of the friends seeming sad - There's actually a plotline…
Well, they kinda have to because the friends play a huge role. I agree with you. I'm not saying that people have to read the novel or anything. I'm just saying that that part of the plotline will only unravel pretty slowly. It will come in the later part of the story. We just have to hope they do it right and do the novel justice in that aspect.
I get that the main CP is popular ... as it seems.ANd I am sure they are very nice guys. But the scenario is flirting…
I can kinda answer a couple of the questions😄. 1. None of the friends seeming sad - There's actually a plotline for it in the novel👀 There's a reason for it. 2. why a university student has access to security camera of the town - status and power. that's the answer to that. Honestly, if people have that, they can get away with doing/getting a lot of stuff. This applies for all places, not just Thailand
