5 episodes in and Duang is really growing on me. Episodes 4 and 5 are where it really worked, you start to see sides of him beyond the usual hyper energy, and I appreciated that a lot. And because we're beginning to see more sides, his bubbly self actually becomes a bit more enjoyable.

I don't think Great and Satang will be a thing at the moment because GreatBright already have an upcoming series together (Lovers & Gangsters as main leads, which kinda confirms their pairing. I could be wrong IF they decide to make Great a versatile actor where they can pair him up with different people.
I would assume any pairings who don’t have a show for this year’s lineup maybe. Could be pond phuwin, jossgawin, or some of their newer pairings. It’s really hard to say

Ok here's the thing, I wasn't that upset when they first replaced parbdee production with this. Because the novel was so good, I was so sure that I had nothing to worry about. I don't judge production companies too much based on their previous works. I was very open when I went into this. In fact, the director of leap day didn't have any hits until leap day, so I hoped this director would also pleasantly surprise everyone like that. Plus, like you said, the producer is also well-known. That's what I told all my friend groups.However, it didn't follow the novel as well and was having editing and sound issues. That was when I started wishing Parbdee still had this project. So this is not a projection of any sort. I will agree that I loved seeing JoongDunk in the drama though. I loved seeing them in serious/adult dramas and I would love to see them in roles like this again. Their performance was what made me continue watching this drama.But, the reason I'm complaining so much is because I want the company to hear this and do better. I want them to learn to use the right teams for the right genre. Think about it this way. Even though gmm produces a lot of gl’s and Bl’s, most of the proper budget and good production/editing teams go to the big budget hetero dramas.And with JD dramas, gmm cares even less. If we don't mention any of this, gmm will continue their bad behavior with JD. I do also agree that haters will jump at any chance to hate to JD, but at this point, they hate JD for even the tiniest thing..I think our goal should be to make GMM listen to our feedback and know that they aren't allowed to be careless about JD. That's what I'm trying to say😭. I didn't care when parbdee was replaced, but we can very clearly see that the director has zero experience directing this genre or working in the genre. Gmm knew this and still chose him for JD's project, especially a NETFLIX project, which is a huge deal for us🥲. I'm sorry, but what is your problem? I never said JoongDunk hated the series.. I said they looked disappointed with how the final product turned out, which is something they literally showed in their own reaction. Joong even commented on a fan's tweet regarding this on X. He agreed with that comment. I’m talking about the editing, directing choices, and production decisions, not attacking the actors. They worked extremely hard, and that’s exactly why it’s frustrating to see the final result not match their effort. And as I said earlier, the director literally told them to tone down their chemistry. You can see it in the BTS. You can see him physically stopping them. If you don't believe me, then I don't know what to tell you.

And before you start acting like I’m some hater: I liked Melody of Secrets. I’m literally a JoongDunk fan who has watched all their work. Loving them doesn’t mean I’m going to pretend everything is flawless. If we don’t point out the issues, GMMTV will keep giving them mid production teams.
If the show was perfect in your eyes, great. But I want JoongDunk to get better things than this. I want them to get good storylines with good teams. I want them to have a good director, I want them to have the best resources. Also, parbdee put out great shows like the Gifted and Enigma. Like..award winning shows. So, sue me for wanting them to have the quality they deserve. Sorry if I sound rude, but it's frustrating when people keep taking every single criticism as hate to the actors and start attacking me when we should be focusing on GMM for focusing on quantity over quality
Poor JoongDunk💔😭. They were so excited for this drama, only for they themselves to be disappointed by how this show turned out. Dunk worked so hard to build up his body for the role. Both of them had to take so many lessons (such as boxing, shooting, etc). They had to continuously shoot into late nights every day. I don't know how the production team managed to destroy the story so badly. The director told them to "tone" the chemistry down. The editing was bad. The background music was bad.... I blame gmm for removing parbdee production for this show. JD were literally watching the drama and said "Wow, they really don't care anymore"💔. They were completely over it. They were literally sighing and facepalming watching the show bro😭😭😭
