It took a bit of episodes for me to like it, but overall it's a really good drama so far with exciting martial arts scenes and action! And can I just say, the fl is amazing, Yuan Jia needs to appreciate her more lol.
The only complaint that I have for this show, is that its too short.
I'm not prepared for the drama to end next week, but it is what it is. All I ask, is for Chief Gwi & Weol-Joo to live their lives together as they wanted before, with their son Kang Bae, by their sides. Let them all be happy please? That's all I ask for.
I saw no one "crack down" on people who liked the drama, besides you're not talking about the drama itself either,…
It’s too soon for me to say I like it, but it’s not bad so far.
And what I meant to say is that if people are watching it despite knowing what the ML did, don’t judge them. They’ll watch it if they want to watch it.
Literally all the comments are talking about the ML. Like I get it, but don't crack down on people who actually like the drama, leave them alone. Just cuz they enjoy it doesn't mean they're supporting "rape" and such, like get a life. The other actors and actresses in this drama who worked hard on it, deserve better than seeing all these hateful comments and such. If you don't like him, I get it, but if you don't like him, why are you here?
Kang Bae will end up with the bodyguard.Weol Joo will end up with Chief Gwi.I am sure Chief Gwi is the prince/majesty…
I think your theory is pretty accurate, and I won't be surprised if it ended up becoming actuality. I'm getting the prince/majesty vibes from Chief Gwi, and there's just something about him that hasn't been revealed yet (a mystery), and him being the prince is so much more plausible than Kang Bae being the prince.
Also, to me, Kang Bae & Weol-Joo's relationship is definitely more parent-child like, and if it comes down to it, perhaps a sister to him. I find the chemistry/dynamic between Weol-Joo & Chief Gwi much better and intriguing, and if the theory does become reality, then they'll end up together, that I hope.
Ok, I gotta admit, episodes 12 & 13 weren't that good, kinda skipped them, which is why my rating went down by .5. But then episode 14 picks it up, and it's all good again. I can understand what people mean by the story/writing, it does get a bit messy here and there, but because there's plot twists and explanations (since we're basically at the end), it makes up for it in a way.
Thank you for this comment. For me the show is a little more slow-paced than the usual crime shows, and I feel…
Exactly. I understand why people think that it's slow-paced, but they're not understanding the fact that in order for the story to develop, there needs to be some pacing for it to make sense. Like you said, the pacing is able to give us more context and background to essentially everything. In due time, things will be explained and taken care of. If the story was rushed and solved many of the problems that were presented, not even at 10 episodes, then I would have a problem with it. But we're only on episode 8. I don't expect for all their problems/issues with the villian/Argos to be solved yet.
Also, episode 8 just addressed some of the things that ppl were confused about. Just gotta be patient with the pacing.
The story doesn't make any sense! This is a death squad(They are legally dead!, They are cyborgs!, Some of them…
Yeah, a death squad for the government. It doesn't matter whether some of them are cops or not, it's still a secret agency that the government gave approval of, so they still have to abide by some of their rules. Plus, the ml was given the chance to avenge his wife and the people who have been killed by Argos because of Rugal, so he's able to do and know things that he couldn't have known even if he was alive. So idk how you're interpreting the story? Also, it is a crime drama? Not necessarily police procedural, but there are some aspects of it.
Rugal is killing it so far! I'm loving everything so far, from the acting, the story, and the action. OCN never fails to deliver.
I also notice that there's a lot of negative comments about the drama? Like..... from my perspective there's not much wrong with it. Some people are complaining about the storyline and how they're not allowed to do anything. The storyline still needs to develop, we're not even 10 episodes in yet, and Rugal is essentially a government secret agency. It makes sense for there to be a boundary of what they can do or can't do. Plus, everything can't be resolved just like that, if the ml ends up killing or bringing justice to the villian/Argos, not even halfway through the story, then what's the point? In due time, justice will be served. This is a typical OCN drama storyline. I don't see what all the fuss is about.
