I love seeing this new side of Young Guk, he's experiencing what it is to like someone, what it is to love someone again and it's so cute it makes my cheeks hurt because I'm smiling too much! Young Guk & Dan Dan are just way too adorable and I hope their happiness lasts long (from the previews, get ready for a whole bunch of sweetness for next week's episodes <3). Also I just can't stop laughing at Sa Ra. Like girl really thought she had a chance with him, TAKE A HINT!! Laughed even more when he told her to either work with Dan Dan or resign, and she's like pick wisely lmao, he ain't gonna pick you that's for sure HAHA. The kids don't even like her, so what's the purpose of her being there anyways? I've seen a good amount of drama's so characters like her shouldn't irk me so much, but it is what it is.
I also have a theory I was thinking of when I watching the episodes. Usually in family drama's the main leads will be happy for a bit then towards the middle it'll be full on angst and then happiness again. I feel like the whole thing with DD's mother wanting to take her to America is going to be something important(? later on. Like perhaps something happens and DD just had to leave or had no choice to go to America with her (whether it was due to heartbreak or something along those lines), and then comes back after a year or something, and then it'll be Young Guk who pursues this time. Anyways that's just something I was thinking of, it might or might not happen it's fine. This is something that usually family drama's would do along the lines but then again this family drama is quite different than the rest, so I'm excited to see what the future may hold!
The way I've been wanting Vengo to get a role as a vampire for so many years and now it's a reality.... SO HAPPY!!!! He looks so good from the filming photo's, very excited for this! Never seen Nana in a drama before (frankly didn't even know who she was until my mom told me about her), but I'm keeping an open mind :)
Imagine being angry at someone for taking "their man," when he wasn't her's to begin with. Sa Ra really is one of a kind honestly lol. It's hypocritical for her to think that Dan Dan has been trying to get with Young Guk since the very beginning when it's her that has been trying to get closer to him with ulterior motives. Dream on woman.
Also from the previews, here we go again with the cliche "we're going to make it look like you're a thief/money-grubber and oust you out." Classic cliche in almost every daily/family drama I've watched. They either resolve it quick (since Se Chan was a witness?) or not, let's see how it goes!
Dan Dan & Young Guk being extremely cute together this episode, can't wait to see them on a motorcycle together next episode!! Ok but I just want to mention the fact that Hyun Woo is still as attractive as ever, even though I really disliked Sa Ra's daydreams, but damn we for sure got a glimpse at how hot our ML could be :)))
I'm glad Dan Dan came clean, usually family drama's take forever to resolve something so this is like a breath of fresh air. I'm pretty sure YG just fired her without telling his kids, and he's stubborn and quick to believe/judge so it might take a few more episodes or something for Dan Dan to come back, but she won't be gone for long! The kids are attached, her mom is now in the house, and YG is starting to be attracted little by little, I'm excited to see where this is going!!
but besides that, I loved the little moments between Dan Dan and Young Guk, like her jumping into his arms and him carrying her around, or Young Guk smiling when seeing Dan Dan's picture and her in that really pretty and well-fitting dress <3
Didn't expect to be hit with fluffy and cute amusement park moments but I'm glad I did, so adorable :)
Also, once again, I just can't stand Dan Dan's stepmother and now add in her grandmother to the mix? Goodness gracious. Not them trying to hide away money from Dan Dan's father, can they be even more insensitive and money grubbers? The stepmother has done nothing but cause more and more trouble and she tries to paint herself as the victim when she isn't. Also, I understand why ppl feel like Dan Dan is getting annoying with how she is reacting to her family, etc. I think she may be overreacting a little bit as well, but then again who could blame her at the moment? She has no trust or expectations of her step-family, and she only really cares about her dad now. It's her stepmother who has caused too many problems to get them to where they are now. It's understandable she's acting that way, but she also needs to see that some things are not the way that she sees them. Right now we're only 7 episodes in, there will be plenty of time for development. And not Se Ra being even worse as usual, she literally acts like she's the mistress of the house and thinks she has the right to boss others around when they're clearly the same rank LMAO, kiss your "good relationship" with Se Jong goodbye.

I didn't say that she couldn't complain about not being compensated/not getting their pay, of course that's a natural reaction, but if you factor in everything else, her behavior towards Da Li is still not excusable. From the very beginning, when her father was still alive and she looked at the picture of him and Da Li together, she was already bitter. Perhaps she felt like Da Li didn't deserve her father's love or something and that she did, who knows. Even before the "not getting paid" part, she already didn't like Da Li, and acted incredibly rude to her. She acts too insentive. Also, employee or not, there needs to be respect also. If I talked like that to my boss, I would've been fired already.

Omg exactly! They already dropped some hints of her supposed "tragic/hard life" before, but still doesn't excuse her for being completely horrible to Da Li. I rather not go through her "redemption" arc, because she's just too horrible of a character to me rn lol.
Honestly out of all the characters that are pretty hateable and annoying in this drama, no one has ticked my nerve more than the intern at the art museum. The nerve she has saying all those hurtful things to Da Li and not knowing anything about her and the kind of person she is AND doing bad/shady things behind their backs, most likely trying to steal from the museum, she has no right to say anything to Da Li. Literal trash like wth.
Anyways, rant aside, I'm really enjoying the drama so far. The main leads are adorable together, and I like how their personalities clash but then they also fit so well together too. Can't wait to see them get together <333 Anyone who is wondering if they should start this, please do!
