Well, you seem to not understand the actual meaning of retarded, but that's okay; some people are just slower than others. I am not saying that her actions were justifiable because she has problems, but I am saying that by the end of the day, she's just a human. We all make mistakes. The characters being flawed in many ways is literally the purpose of this series to make it more realistic but you seem to have missed the point. Maybe watch it again and keep in mind that there is character development and that this is a realistic drama.
