There’s enough material for a 40ep drama

Only negative for me was the psycho villain. I dunno why dramas keep showing such cliche, delusional characters. Can a person really has so little self awareness?!?! Everyone else in the drama was so sane and normal, it’s like he’s in his own world.

What a perfect little drama this was. Started it with no expectation but ended up dropping everything just to watch this. Only wish it was longer.

It’s my first time watching her drama. At the beginning she seemed like every generic short drama FL but she has really grown on me I must say. She’s abled to portray every facet of the FL seamlessly, from comical and not afraid to lean into the humour of the show, being conceited and manipulative to delivering the heartfelt moment and embodying the pathos of her situation.

I thought it worked in the context of the story. It was mentioned Chen Xiu was accomplished in that type of dance whereas FL was new to it. So she compensated by coming up with a more ‘gimmicky’ choreography. Additionally it was reinforced by the impact of her follow-up speech. Having said that, I really enjoyed both of the FL’s dance performances.

Yup! So happened I watched Longest Promise and Long Ballad recently.

I’m so used to him being the 2FL always losing the girl 😅

The dance performances of the FL are a real highlight for me. Drama really took the effort to give them the wow factor!
